Sensibus fraudulent

Sensibus used fraudulent online advertising to sell me a caciocavallo cheese and did not respond to the complaint I sent them.

While we understand your confusion, the team of Sensibus in no way is trying to be fraudulent in our depiction of our cheeses on the website. We always say next to our cheese photos that what we are sending is an approximate sized piece.
In many cases in order to show the beauty of a cheese, we must photograph an entire wheel or shape of a cheese. Take Parmigiano for example, these are only produced in approximately 80 pound wheels. It is not realistic to think that we are selling an 80 pound wheel for $18.49. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that you are disappointed.
A whole Caciocavallo is approximately 5 pounds, what you were sent was the 8 ounce piece that you ordered and what was stated on the web page. We are constantly evaluating our website and will definitely take your criticism to heart and try to make this clearer on the website going forward. We appreciate your feedback as it is always our goal to provide exemplary quality cheese and great customer service.

i asked/ordered a whole piece of Comte …

i asked/ordered a whole piece of Comte cheese and got 4 pieces. i can do that at my local King Soopers. Very dissapointed.

My first order with Sensibus went just …

My first order with Sensibus went just fine!
Loved the products, packaged well and came on time.
Will order from this company again I expect--I bought some specialty cheeses that were less expensive than at grocery store ( which doesn't have much of a selection) or at our local specialty/organic store.
Nice to have good options for my tastes!
