I would like to endorse this company because I think it has an unjustifiably and frighteningly low rating. This low rating does not correspond to reality - but only 3 people commented and 2 of them were angry. I have to say for myself that the demands are getting higher and higher and people do not respect occasional mistakes or imperfections. At the same time, the Senic support is one of the best that I have contacted in the last year. And believe me, I contact different companies and their support several times a month. I sent a non-standard inquiry and they were very willing to send me a replacement part that is not normally offered and cannot be found anywhere. One would think that it is at the end, but they simply helped even if they didn't have to. Do you really think that this is how a bad company values its customers??!
