Very Impressed!
When I decided to move I had 3 well known High Street agents come and value my home. They were very impersonal, not too friendly and to me it felt like my home was just another property rather than somewhere that meant something to me. Whilst this might well be the case, to me it’s my home and very personal to me.
When SellFast knocked at my door I was originally very wary as I had never heard of them before but I am so glad I gave them a chance. They were friendly with me, polite and respectful of my home, they even wore shoe covers so they did not damage my carpets!
They valued my home and as we walked round we had a friendly conversation. After the valuation they immediately put together my property details which I received via email the same day; I was very impressed. The photos were great and the write up was very comprehensive. The floor plan was also impressive, it even had the colour of my carpets included!
I enquired about the fees and at first thought that it must be a joke, it was too cheap for the good quality service I was receiving. However I decided to give SellFast a go and see what they could do, as they didn’t insist I signed up for 12-16 weeks.
Choosing SellFast turned out to be a wise decision, they sold my house in a week! I would highly recommend them and would use them again.
