Absolutely appealing service. Last year I got really good service and a good product. However, they are apparently currently making changes to the company including their webpage, the latter which is directed to another company. It would be professional to inform customers of such changes when asked rather than being secretive and rude about it. As there is no information to why potential customers are automatically being transferred to another company, it all seems dodgy at best which is further substantiated by the secretive and rude customer service on their original telephone number. Especially in a world where cyber crime and pinching is on the rise. I would originally need further future services from them but after such an experience I will find a completely different company that is by no means related in any way to Select Resumes.

Very happy with the end product. Consultant was flexible and very thorough. Saved me a lot of time, happy to use again.

I would apologise that I was confused with the name of the service provider, as the one that I used had also resumes in its name, but reading their response to my review I am glad that I didn’t use their service and would never in the future. I would suggest you guys should have clear packages on your website to begin with rather than increasing your prices later.

The original service provider was 5 Star service.
However, when I attempted to use Select the second time, around 2 years later, it had vastly changed. Only available to take clients calls until 1pm Brisbane time, when times were organised out of these hours you still got an answering service, then a priority was added due to the slack follow up. Found Professional Resumes Australia and they were Outstanding! They Made it happen in 48hrs, with enthusiasm and the Employer called within half an hour of receiving my Selection Criteria and updated Resume.

The letters are not written as well as they have been in the past. I ended using an old application and using that. Very disappointed when I requested my old writer and was told they would see what they could do with no response. May not use you again when it seems I’m only writing it myself. Cost was a waste.
