MY ISSUE WAS RESOLVED WITHOUT MUCH DRAMA. I GET SEVERAL SA EMAIL A DAY WITH TONS OF INFOMATION AND LATELY I HAD TO LOG IN TO READ EACH ONE! A PAIN TO SAY THE LEAST. FINALLY SENT A MESSAGE AGAIN TO CS AND SUDDENLY NO MORE LOG IN, JUST OPEN THEM AS IN THE PAST. SO MUCH MORE CONVENIENT.

I used Seeking Alpha tools mostly for earning estimate. I like the chart tool and its metric while comparing other stocks, ETFs and so forth. The analysis opinion for several stocks is something I like.

Customer service was exceptional and found an unconventional solution to meet my specific needs that was off menu - so appreciative to this team and all of the value that their services provide

Great stock information service along with fantastic customer service, a very good combination. I've been a subscriber for a couple of years and I plan to remain a subscriber for as long as I'm trading.

Horrific customer service. Platforms picks are not even worth it. Decided not to renew. Somehow was charged still, even though I had it in my rocket money to decline the charges... They tried charging it for 4 weeks straight until it somehow went through. 500$ subscription is preposterous for stock information you can find free on Yahoo. Arrogant no refunds response when requested 5 days after the transaction for a full year.

My experience when I contacted your customer service department was very good. Fortunately, I was assisted by Saroj, who has helped me on other occasions, and his good disposition and proactivity are truly appreciated.

Seeking Alpha has been invaluable to me. I have learned a great deal from the various columnists and the comments the readers provide. SA provides the majority of the stocks for my watchlist as well as the analysis. I couldn’t be without them

I signed up for a three year premium subscription to Seeking Alpha. One of the features I liked to use was the Upgrade/ Downgrade feature which indicated which stocks had moved from one quant rating to another (for example from 'Buy' to 'Strong Buy'). But with over a year left on my subscription I found they had simply removed the feature. When I questioned this I was sent a cut and paste response that this feature had been removed from premium and was now a PRO feature and maybe they could offer me PRO for $1900 since it was Black Friday. I immediately protested and asked if my complaint could be taken further as it was unfair to remove key features from a subscription when I'd already paid. Especially for a three year subscription. And their response to my complaint? Nothing. Nothing at all. An automated email to say I'd been unsubscribed from their emails.
It's so arrogant it's laughable.
The person apparently in charge of my 'ticket' was someone called Richard. The person who sent me the proforma response offering me PRO for $1900 ( to get back a feature I'd already paid for) was Sonal. And despite me responding to her within minutes she didn't bother even acknowledging me further.
I'm kind of laughing at the arrogance. It's as if to say 'we are so great you can pay up or shut up and if you complain - we'll ghost you'. It's so risible it makes Seeking Alpha look like preposterous jerks.
The equivalent would be buying a car on a hire purchase agreement over three years and half way through the agreement they came during the night and took the steering wheel away and if you complained they asked you to cough up another two grand. Preposterous.
I could review the site itself but why? At this point it's irrelevant what the site is like - they're a company staffed by jerks so why give them money?
As a footnote, I see all the cut and paste replies they make to all the other negative reviews. As far as I can see this is simply to manipulate their Trustpilot response score. I've already told them not to reply to me on Trustpilot. Let's see whether they have the audacity to post a response below, shall we?
Edit: and there it is. The exact same copy and paste response as the last three one star reviews making it obvious they haven’t even read my review let alone addressed any of the points. I’m not even convinced a human is involved in these responses. Embarrassing. I won’t be ‘reaching out’ anywhere. You know where to find me. Laughable.

I spoke with Desmond and had a virtual chat with Martha. Both of them were incredibly professional and patient not to mention helpful. They quickly helped resolve my issue, while being short staffed. I truly appreciate their commitment to their positions! Thanks for what you both do!

I had a strange request regarding a yearly subscription my husband had. It has been a recurring charge yearly. He has died and I tried to end the subscription. I knew nothing of Seeking Alpha. The person in the chat was wonderful. She found the account information and cancelled the subscription. Even got a refund from the Nov 1 charge. How kind and helpful!!

The gentleman who answered helped me understand an issue with my account. He was courteous and patient.

I had an auto payment for a large annual subscription amount, which I had forgotten to cancel. I wrote to Saroj Kumar Das on the first day of the renewal, and she was instrumental in ensuring that the funds were refunded. Customer service well done, makes or breaks a company -- and in this case, Saroj did a fantastic job.

I have tried multiple informational self-managed financial platforms and Seeking Alpha, hands down, is the best and most productive so far. I started off slow with the Premium service to gain access to the plethora of information. In an effort to really “test” the service and information, I moved a size-able amount of my portfolio to a separate account and used in throughout 2025 for just SA information through Alpha Picks, in concert with other available SA information. That portfolio has gone up 46% YTD, well beating S&P. I’m not at the point of paying an institution a high percent to manage my portfolio for me……. I’m now moving to the PRO service. For returns on investment, SA has been the best, they are responsive, the information is easy to understand and allows for easy drill down. The team has been very helpful!!

UPDATE: Don’t let the polite sounding reply from SA fool you. They have not responded to my requests AT ALL. That’s what motivated me to write a review here in the first place. They are purposefully not responding. Zero service.

Great information and portfolio tracking services. Most members are very knowledgeable and helpful. Customer Service is lacking where harassment is concerned, as there is no block feature to prevent negative behavior and engagement by unruly members. Customer Service is also unresponsive on this issue. They show favoritism. Disappointed in this aspect of the service. Otherwise an excellent platform. They need to protect people better.
