He simply told me to log out and then log in again. I alway
s log in the same way, same username, same password. The issue has persisted for a long time. The proposed fix was no fix and didn’t address the problem. Maybe he misunderstood.
Now 30 minutes after sending my first evaluation, I see that your rep also cancelled my SA password. This is unacceptable!

I ran across Seeking Alpha and found the content interesting so I signed up for a $4.95 per month subscription. In the fine print, it apparently said that would turn into a $318.14 per month subscription after a month. What's worse - the fine print also signed me up for a $530.94 per month Pro subscription! When this hit the credit card last month, I called and they refused to refund me. Terrible, but okay. I cancelled the subscription and thought that was that. I just received my CC statement and was billed $849 again this month. I took another look at my cancellation notice and they cancelled it a year from last month. I've called the CC company but thought I would share the shady tactics this company is becoming known for. Very sad that they have to stoop to these levels to make a buck. I don't have a stock portfolio that I manage so I am getting zero use from this - just a lot of frustration.

Aman was incredibly knowledgeable and diligent in fielding my questions, explaining the premium functionality and following up on my questions. As a result, I will most likely subscribe to the premium tier after my trial expires!

Seeking Alpha has a great product, but as I am an amateur investor I found that the premium free trial was far more than I needed or could make use of. I went into the app and selected to cancel, but they auto-charged me anyway. Horrible, dishonest experience. Will not renew again and will not recommend to friends. What’s worse is I spoke with customer service representatives and they refused to help. Absolutely despicable. I work in SaAS customer success and we would never treat our customers that way.

Was having log-in difficulties and had lost access to my subscriptions, which I consider vital. The SA support team identified and fixed the issue within a day or two. They were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process.
