I was pleasantly surprised with receiving the dark green hoodie with white print. The picture showed a black hoodie with white print. After opening the package and putting it on, I’m very happy to have the green over the black. Also, I noticed the quality of the hoodie. Very thick, very comfortable.

It was so late arriving and no one reached out to say it was going to be late. The only reason why it was late was because of the “free gift.” Which, again great to receive free stuff, but, your message of what your business is based on and your mission statement, you need to remember that people order things for sentimental, meaningful and important reasons. It feels like you have just moved into wanting money and publicity and not remembering why you started. The apology was a little patronizing, and, felt like it wasn’t that personal and you didn’t actually care. Which, again goes directly against your mission statement and your intentions as a company. Get back to the people, not the money. As someone that has ordered and represents what you originally intended, it will be a very long time before I purchase anything again, if ever.

Great company, always happy to support the message!! Only reason I knock off a star is because I needed to wait for stuff to go on sale before I bought. The price of the shirts is quite pricey. Wish things were a little more reasonably priced. I definitely stepped outside my comfort zone and my bank account felt discomfort. 😂

I’ve been watching Yes Theory for many years. I find them inspiring in their way of life, lessons and adventure. In my 10 years of watching them Seek, Learn and grow , laugh and love whatever experience comes to pass. I really appreciate that it’s about human connectivity to each other our stories and the world.
