TBH good product and support. After around 16 months device suddenly stopped to work. I inspected it and couldnt find reason. So I opnened SenseCap app on internet and just writed short message. I doesnt have any hopes for getting answer and help - its standart practices with many hardware brands after (for some even under warranty hard to contact) warranty dont give support. To my suprise next day I received detailed answer what is possible failure and how to repair my SenseCap. So, its working again. Support guys were super extra responsive and helpful. A+++
Quick response was able get my hotspot back online.

My $2k Jetson Orin arrived in a battered, original box without any additional protection. Seeed's return policy requires that you ask for and receive return authorization before you shup item back, and return item within 5 days for a refund, 10 days for replacement. Item has to be unopened.
I didn't open the box but expressed my concerns regarding their careless handling of expensive equipment and asked for return authorization. They answered my email only once, asking for photos, which I have sent them already. I sent them again but never heard from Seeed again.
I would never buy anything again from their store, unless I was ready to eat the loss in case item came defective or DoA.
Their return policy is basically "kiss my a**".

I want to raise the alarm to anyone who, like me, had no idea what Seeed Studio was. Summary---if you are in USA, and can buy ANYWHERE else, do so! I was trying to get an Nvidia Jetson Orin devkit a couple months ago when they were very hard to get. Suddenly the option to buy from Seed Studio appeared, so I unsuspectingly purchased. OMG. I got an immediate shipment notice, so far so good. Then I started receiving strange emails from Fedex: "The package has arrived at the local customs and it is waiting for you to clear customs, please contact your local customs as soon as possible. Please provide the customs clearance materials to paperwork >: importer information sheet. Pls find it in the attachment. So your package won’t get return due to the package being held for too long in your local warehouse. Thank you for your cooperation!" Sounds like Phishing! Then really unprofessional emails began from Seeed threatening that I would lose both the product and my money if I didn't fill out paperwork and provide my SSN/EIN. Really! After days, it resolved. I received my kit. A week later a bill arrived from Fedex for over $200 in tariffs (thanks Trump). What a nightmare, never again!
That really was the best customer experience i ever had,also it is the third time in my life i write a review for customer support ,A+++++++++++
I had an issue with miner not booting up and had to change an SD card. Support was very swift and helpful. I got all the instructions and it was very simple change. Thanks to entire support team for making it a swift fix.

I do not usually write reviews, but I feel I have to now. I had an issue with my miner so I contacted support on discord. I was offered premium level support. Mario worked with me very closely and relentlessly to resolve the issue.
He has a solid background and his first guess was the actual problem. He walked me through how to fix it and my miner is up again in couple hours.

Again, Mario is the best. For me to be able to get through doing techie stuff, you have to be patient and know how to break things down to my level of understanding, and Mario has come through again.. Give him a raise
The worst support post selling I have ever received. They sent the products from USA, I am in Spain. The product didn't match with the description and they told me "due to the shipping was 20 days ago, we cannot do nothing for you" I live in Spain!! obviously the shipping arrived after 20 days!!!
