Sensecap Tech support (Mario/Jamie) are legends!

Ive got 6x sensecaps and anytime i needed help or had a issue with one of the miners, the tech support were always there to help. Quick response times and always willing to help out. Want to say a big thank you to Jamie and Mario @ sensecap discord tech support. Really nice guys and always reply in a timely manner. I wish i had more sensecaps and less bobcats!!

Best Support team for helium network.

I will said they are awesome. My miner got damaged for an unknown reason. They quickly help me troubleshooting and after all we couldn't get it to work. They send me an instruction to shipped back to their factory. And few days later they founded the problem. And replaced my miner with a new one, in just 2 weeks i got my case resulted. Great team, amazing customer service and quick response.

Impeccable Customer Support

I would like to thank Jessie and the entire Seeed Technical Team for the outstanding service I've received from them all.
Right from the start of filling out a 'ticket for service I was kept informed daily of the actions taking place to resolve my Technical issue with my Miner. Jessie used every tool available to make sure the service issue with my miner was taken care of within a timely manner. Unfortunately due to a shipping error beyond Seeeds control, instead of having me wait longer they sent me a new miner. These people stand by their Brand.
A Product is only as good as the Team that builds it and supports it. Team SenseCap has went above and beyond reassuring me that I made the right decision to invest in this Companies products.
I highly recommend buying products manufactured by Seeed.

My device was stuck and would not work…

My device was stuck and would not work properly, got on discord and it was solved in an hour. Great experience, thank you again for all the help and wonderful experience. Such an awesome company!!!

Fantastic Support Team

The folks on the support team are amazing. They kept my ticket open for a month and walked me through each step in bringing two of my miners back to life. I cannot say enough about them and thrilled I got my miners through them and not another company

Great products and tech support

I am using different Lora gateways, I can say that Seeed Studio is the best. I had minor issues, tech support was very friendly, helpful and solved the issues in short time. They answer your questions and guide you to right direction to overcome the issues.

Hotspot issue

Had an SD card on one of my helium miners become corrupt causing the miner to become unusable. Tech support responded and solved my issue within 24 hours. Very happy with the turnaround time
