Today my package arrived, 2 weeks after ordering. Even though I couldn't locate the package during this 2 week period, I see that it arrived, although I was a bit nervous reading some reviews after placing the order. Note 8!
Tried to buy paint from this “supposed” shop. Both times charged and both times then disappeared. No answer from any contact. Luckily PayPal refunded. Avoid this company. Comes across as some kind of transatlantic scam

As already mentioned by others, this is a scam, company address in Southampton, payments made to the US. will raise a dispute with PayPal- update immediate refund received.

As previous reviews avoid this company. I e-mailed numerous times for tracking information and none was received. PayPal must have had plenty of dealings with them because as soon as I completed a complaint the money was back in my account within minutes.
Quite simply it's a scam company Just take a look on Google maps at there address says it all just hope you paid on credit card to reclaim money thought I wouldn't get done again but it's so easy be very careful Internet is full of it !
Same as previous review... Ordered some decking oil from what appears to be a UK based company. Amount charged to my card was in US$ which meant that I paid slightly more than I expected to. Queried it on the contact us option on the website and didn't receive a reply. Tracking e-mail received and it says that it was delivered today. I've been home all day and nobody has been here to deliver anything. Reported to bank and they have done a chargeback to the merchant
Ordered 5/4/25. Supposed to be in Salisbury. Charged from a different company in Singapore. Given a tracking number that wasn’t recognised. Emailed and they asked for order details I’d already given. Tracking number now exists ( not at all suspicious). Followed supposed journey of parcel that apparently has been delivered today, to me. Most certainly has not been. I’m here. No correspondence from supposed website with updates. Website does not recognise my log in. No notification showing who delivered it and where. My bank are now aware and hopefully I will be refunded.
