I bought a pair of linen pants 1 year ago $169 and the fabric has worn through and torn. My Trenery ones are still going strong after years of wear.

I paid $160 for this top from Myre by Seed....
Was some cheap fabric, not lined and rode up on the body because of the cheap light weight fabric
Took it back to Myre for refund
I would like to do a shout-out to the lovely ladies in the Seed Kotara Westfield.
I am well traveled lady and I have to say the service that I got was amazing.
So very friendly not pushy not say I look good just to make a sale, they were there just to help me find the right outfit.
One thing that kept me in the store was the fact that some of the sales ladies were my age in their 50s and looked amazing in their clothing that of course was Seed, right from the start I could see what it could look like on.
They did such a good job I bought 3 items and afew day later went back and bought 3 more.
I left the store feeling a million dollars.
Terrible customer service from Thea and Lucy. I had a gift card that was 6 months over the expiration date. I explained I had 2 babies in 2 years and hadn’t been in the right situation to buy new clothing.
Absolutely zero budge room. They did not care. Considering this company reports tens of millions in profit each year, it’s disappointing they couldn’t give some leniency on a measly $150 gift card.
The emails are robotic and insincere. I’ll be shopping else where in future.
Absolute joke dealing with the so called customer services reps. I purchased a Seed Womens Merino Wool Cardigan. It shrunk in the wash. I wrote to them and sent a pic and asked what they could do to compensate. They kept writing back saying they cant locate my receipt. 3x customer service reps later still no resolution. No care for customers. Will not be purchasing anything from this company and will be sending a complaint to Consumer Affairs. Pathetic and poor service.
Absolute scam. Kept blaming the delivery company and treated me like I was stupid. The only stupid thing I did was not check Trust Pilot before ordering. They use the Taking Shape brand to make them seem legitimate. Thieves!!
My order was tracked and never arrived Ripped off, don't order
I have brought a lot of items from seed and always liked what they had to offer. However, I ordered items recently from them and they didn’t send one of the items and claimed they did send it. They didn’t send a packing slip with it and I find this to be dishonest and unaccepting of their error. I won’t be shopping there anymore and will not recommend to family or friends
My first order went without a hitch. Received email communication of dispatch, and packing slip. Friendly support. Second order is oppposite experience. Terrible customer service. The "victoria" who works there showed no basic customer service skills, very robotic. Seed Heritage failed to deliver reasonable timeframe, failed to email dispatch notifications or that the delivery will be split. Too slow and I was no longer there, to receive item. I will not purchase from a company that does not own its mistake.
