Securus sucks I miss the prison using ICS solutions.. I heard it cost them less money to use this company. Like usual , you get what you pay for! Crap connection, constant call drops, massive amounts of network issues and the customer service is a JOKE.. Today, I call because I was trying to figure out why my text connect was blocked.I asked , was it on the facility side. The lady refused to answer my question and told me that's all she could tell me , is that I was unable to remove the block. I\nFinally had to call into the prison to resolve the issue.So I don't know what the point of their customer service line is.If they can't do ANYTHING. my time is precious and I wasted twenty minutes of my life on the phone with these people today and who knows how many other times these past almost two years that i've had to deal with these people. I'm sorry.\nFor any of you that have to go through this with your incarcerated loved one and I pray they all get out soon so that you don't have to deal with this lame company , I don't even know how they're open.. Oh yes , I know how the department of corrections is funding them because they'd rather pay for cheap crappy service as If we aren't paying enough already for Calls video visits, text messaging, e messaging and commissary prices. There are UNBELIEVABLE! I WILL BE CALLING THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE TOMORROW IN REGARDS TO THIS COMPANY

This company is absolutely awful. The system is a disaster of confusion and there's no one to talk to. Supposedly they are available 24/7 and it said that my wait time is 5 minutes but I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR!!!! Just awful. Nothing good to say at all.

I will Give ZERO star to Securus...many issues with their service..First of all customer service pick up call after about 40 minutes to 1 hour...then...they really cant help. For example they cant take new credit card..or fix issue with old credit card..online account system sicks..that is why I had to call now they say USE MONEY GRAM to send them deposit..but I am in Canada ..and Canadian cant make account on Moneygram...Crappy company..greedy and puzzling ..they themselves dont know how my credit card block be fixed...suggesting non sense when I cant make Moneygram account....then how the hell I will fix the issue? Making new account they say NO...no work around..but then why the hell they dont have a solution which is real ..???? Why? This company should be shut down by US Court system ASAP.

I was very frustrated during the calls & the reps just added to it. Just their responses were so scripted. I just looked and reviewed the 45.99 offer. Never requested it just looked and low and behold there's a charge & to cancel the service your charged 15$ what a racket! And the hoops ya gotta go through maybe if you expected years of calls may be worth it but I don't.get it why ya get Oklahoma phone nbr and I live local to where I would be getting calls from.??? And I wouldn't get calls until I can get the new nbr to him which is again though this service I get post cards to send takes 1-2 business days. SO JUST BE AWARE IF YOU LOOK AT IT YOU BOUGHT IT !!! Signpost/Securus has been a game changer!
Signpost has made a significant impact in customer response time and review generation. We had worked with a competitor in the past, but since switching to Signpost/Securus we are provided with more detailed call summaries and the reps report the information accurately. On the review campaign side of the service we have drummed up numerous Google Reviews from past customers that otherwise we may have never heard from again. I cant speak highly enough of the Signpost Team and services they provide

I am really glad that I found this company. I like being able to forward my phone when I leave the office knowing that my phone calls are handled. It's worth the money!
Very satisified with Securas
Very satisified with Securas. Their onboarding process was well organized making it very easy and efficient timewise for me as a business owner. I have tested the service periodically to make sure the quality I expect is there with each phone call. Each time the rep has been pleasant, polite and professional. I can confidently roll the phone to them at the end of each day.
Looking for a new on call sompany
We have had to contact them at least once a week for months now. Rotation just somehow changed on our on call, everyone is being put in as new client even when the client says " I've been with them for years". Phones #'s put in wrong, addresses and cities put in wrong. And the clients now are on hold for and average of 45secs to a minute
Dont bother…
Securus was recently bought out by signpost. The company I work for hired them to answer emergency. The business is open 24/7. The company is not reaching out technicians with calls or text or they are calling the wrong tech on call. They have a printed calendar with on call techs. It's not hard. I also had to give a discount to a customer recently due to the company giving wrong information to the customer. Every week their are 3 to 5 mistakes made. The company can not have this happen. I call our rep and straighten it all out. No changes go through again and again. I call into the office as a customer and experience first hand how unorganized this business is. Don't make the change.

Before the last billing cycle started, I submitted Multiple support tickets, both through their receptionist and through the online ticket system. No One has ever contacted me, and of course, they took my money again for another month of service.

I have been with Securus Contact Systems for years. They usually take care of business, but I CANNOT recommend them. If you ever really need them for something urgent, you will NOT get any help. My business number was recently spoofed, and we were innondated with call after call for about 30 minutes. I tried several times to call and seek help, but each time, I got the same old, "we're too freaking busy to help you right now". Unfortunately, it's the same bs for years. Now, Signpost has taken over. Difference in customer service??? I don't think so! Still crappy service! I wished I had never decided to do business with them. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT use this company. They are TERRIBLE!!!!!
Great service
I have been using Securus for about a year or so. I have had lots of customers who have said how nice my secretary was. A great way to make a customer feel great about your company is a friendly voice answering the call.
In my experience
In my experience, this company is not competent to handle answering service needs. Initially the service was ok but as time went on - over about 6 months - the service went south. I had numerous problems with them getting the script right despite clear communication with their "customer happiness" people. While out of the country I had to make calls to clients and potential clients who had called in my absence and did not get clear information from the answering service. I cancelled the service and do not recommend them.

Long hold times, understaffed
Absolutely horrible company. Got a marketing call from them and made the mistake of trying them out. Had them for a couple months and multiple of my customers said they waited on hold for 10 minutes until they just hung up. I called the manager about this multiple times and was told they were understaffed and it will be fixed. Weeks later, no resolution so I canceled. Once I canceled, they charged me for another month with 0 used minutes, which I was fine if they could refund me the calls where my clients waited 10 minutes. They said no we wont refund by "feel free to dispute the charge". Then I said I'll write about this online and the manager said "disneyland also gets bad reviews, and people still use them" lol. Avoid this company. I'm using Posh receptionist now. They are 2x cheaper and much better. No wait times, dedicated team, dedicated app.
