We recently had the Ajax home security system installed by Secure, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Jonathan and Dave provided outstanding service throughout the process — from the initial survey and quotation to the final installation.
We were especially impressed with the post-installation support. Jonathan responded to our queries incredibly quickly, even over the weekend, which was greatly appreciated. Dave was highly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all our questions, and explained everything clearly.
Both Jonathan and Dave were professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. We would happily rate their customer service 10/10 and would highly recommend Secure to anyone considering a home security system.

I needed to service my cctv system and update my hard drive. I have had this system for many years and Jonathan and Dave have looked after me with kindness and understanding over the years . The system was looked at by Dave and a price agreed for a new NVR with Jonathan and quickly updated within a week without much fuss.
Throughout the whole changeover both Jonathan and Dave were a Star ! So if you need real kind professional people to work in your home then secure cctv and alarms is your way forward!

Jon came and had a chat we decided on what was wanted and needed and a couple of weeks later a nice gentleman call'Dave' came to do the fitting and setting up. Couldn't fault either of the gentlemen for punctuality politeness and knowledge I would highly recommend them & use again if ever needed.

We had an install of home CCTV back in 2017. Since then, we’ve enjoyed 8 years of flawless operation.

Last week while we were away, we started to have a couple of playback errors and an HDD exception message.

We contacted the team on our return and the aftersales experience was second to none. Jonathan had one of the team (Dave) out to us same day. Dave checked the system and advised it best to renew the hard drive. As the technology was 8 years old, we enquired about upgrades and were advised that the system was fine, just a new HDD and a firmware / software update would suffice, but maybe a new colour camera at the front would improve things.

Dave was back 24 hours later, fitted a new camera and HDD then updated all the software. Very professional, spoke in layman’s terms, was very thorough and walked us through the updates.

A salesperson sells the system, aftersales sells the company and this company and the team certainly make it one to recommend.

Our initial choice of Security Smart UK was backed up by the aftersales service we received, all this despite our system being 8 years old.

We will recommend Jonathan and the team to anyone requiring their products and expertise

This was our second site they've installed CCTV at. They went through what was to be installed and explained the features of the display and the app, which is very easy to use.

The installers were very clean and tidy and no doubt we will use Security Smart again.

I cannot fault them in anyway if they cannot help me over the phone with a problem they do not hesitate and come over at their earliest I don’t have to wait long at all they are very patient with us as we are not technically minded doesn’t matter if it’s an easy fix or longer nothing seems to much trouble for them highly recommended them

I found the company online; I was impressed how quickly all was sorted, I needed 4 CCTV-s for a block of flats, and it was done in no time, according to the conversations that we had.
We are a RTM company, and the quality of work + prices were SUPER competitive! We are happy, and we still have money left in our accounts.:) Think about the most important word- PRICES! And Ben was also great.
