Poor company
I left an honest review of this company and true to its nature it left one accusing me of poor manners
They didnt deliver on time, delivered only half teh order and then blamed myself and roayl mail
Deal with this shower at your own peril. Not a nice company

As per our emails to you. We are very sorry that not only did Royal Mail fail to deliver your goods on time (1 day late) but also ourselves for missing one wheel off your order. Our UK based warehouse uses only humans (not robots) to process your order, unfortunately as humans can, one of our staff made a mistake. I don’t quite understand where we blamed you - maybe there is some confusion somewhere.
Along with our deepest apologies to you for not only been let down by Royal Mail but also ourselves, we kindly offered you a re-send on Monday and we would send your wheel 1st class Royal Mail tracked as opposed to standard 2nd class.
We received your email reference the issue with your order on Friday 8th May 2015 at 18:55 and it was viewed and replied by 9am on the Saturday. You stated that you wanted the goods next day (Saturday) of which we explained to you would not at all be possible and that if you would prefer to source elsewhere then we would gladly refund you without delay.
We won’t tolerate abusive, threatening phone calls and emails to any of our staff so it did leave us with no other option but to refund you for your order and take the relevant action via the authorities.
