I don't get what all the hype is about. I got my hairpiece today and was super excited until I tried it on. First, the color doesn't match at ALL and second, and most importantly, the hair looks RIDICULOUS! I don't have long hair to start with, it's to my shoulders and it isn't layered or damaged at the ends either so there is a very distinctive separation between my hair and the extension. It looks so bad I immediately removed from my head, stuck it back in the envelope and will be calling to return. I am so disappointed. I read all the reviews and truly had faith in Daisy, but I have been let down big time. Oh well, I guess the real thing is the way to go..................

It is difficult to choose the right color. The resolution is very low in the videos.
I have already returned twice.
It would be better to give more useful tools selecting right colors.

Haven't received it yet but I'm excited cause I'm tired of the long process to put on other extensions and seen so many good reviews about this!

Love these extensions!! They really do look so natural. I have a friend that is a hairdresser and she didn't know I had in the extensions until I showed her. That's awesome!! This site makes it quick and easy to order and is very informative with all the videos.

I just ordered my Secret Extensions earlier today. I can't wait until they get here so I can try them out! All the reviews I've read have been positive and mention the ease of use & the natural look & feel of the extensions. I'm sure all will go well with mine. Thanks!

Have heard good things about this product. Seems easy to use.

I love them .. Happy they are inexpensive . I did tho have a problem with the ends getting tangled a lot and even tho I did as directed the hair got a little dry and damaged and it looked like I needed a bad haircut .. But other than that they are inexpensive and I just bought more that's all

The website was glitching and I had to reload three times to complete mplete the purchase. Other than that, the experience was fine.

This is a great product. So much better than a wig. I just have partial hair loss from the chemo and radiation used for my cancer which went from breast to brain, back and lung. Saw the ad for Secret Extensions on Facebook and thought this is a dream come true. Looks so real. Can't wait to receive my very own. Got a suspicion it won't be my last order. I see color changes in my future

I placed an order and then got crickets. The receipt I received did not indicate when to expect delivery, nor did it include a link to track my order. I had to call to find out if this was legit and how to find out when I would receive order. You have to dig into the website to find customer service and then find where to look up your order, and it still did not tell me it had shipped yet or a given date when to expect shipment. I check again,13 days later and it says it shipped 4 days ago and had an underlined statement "Track your order here" It is not a link, when looking at the html code it shows they underlined the sentence but it is NOT A LINK to track your order, the link is fake. I will NEVER order again and if I do not receive a product or notice in 24 hours I will report to Facebook.
Next day I received a reply to my email stating they never sent my order and cancelled it and recharged. This is there message after I asked them about confirmation of sent purchase 4 days ago with no link to track order

Since my last complaint I was connected to someone at the company's office to place order and deliver. It took 26 days to receive order from the placement of first order.

While I am very interested and curious about the product I was a tad bit annoyed at all the requests to purchase add-on's before my payment was excepted. To me it cheapened the product and the experience!

Well, all I have done so far is placed my order online. It was an easy experience to place the order but the true test will be when I actually receive the extensions and check out the quality and color. So far so good!

Love wearing these just wish they help up better after washing

I think it's strange I am being asked to review. Product in order to get a coupon a few minutes after ordering the product, so how can I possibly review it honestly? Sounds sketchy to me and now I am worried about how much I will actually like what I bought.

The process was super easy! There is so many shades to choose from. I can't wait to try them in!!
