I ordered on the 3rd of October, yes it was a weekend so I thought probably the following Monday or Tuesday my parcel would be shipped but my fulfillment status still says "unfulfilled" and it's already Thursday. I bought here hoping the service would be better since the company is in South Africa but nope. So to anyone hoping to order, make sure you're not in a hurry

I wasn't very impressed with the service that I received from my online shopping experience with Secret Corner. On the positive side, I wasn't scammed, actually received my parcel, and their communication with me was semi-decent, (in the instance that I was notified when the order was placed, and when it would be out for delivery.)
However, they did not respond to one of my emails that I sent to them, and blatantly ignored me whenever I queried something - which unsettled me as a first time buyer. Also their 'discreet' packaging was literally one sheet of tissue wrap around the product, and see-through. Luckily I'm not at all bothered by it, because I'm not a shy person - however, if you promote yourself as a company that claims to be discreet for your customer's sake, I'm sorry to say, but the attempt was pathetic.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your experience in shopping with Secret Corner was anything less that excellent.
I have followed up and realised that your order took 2 days to ship which was too long - so our apologies for this. At the moment we have been dealing with a backlog of orders and emails from the start of COVID19 Lockdown (we have only been able to open our office as of the 14th may) and also we are also experiencing a delay in receiving stock. Due to lockdown restrictions we are also short staffed at the moment and are doing our best to get to everyone in a timely manner. We never intended on 'ignoring' your emails, we are just trying to get through to them all.
We were/are also always available on whatsapp (071 339 4814) or via phone (031 940 4242) for order updates.
As for the discreet shipping - we thought wrapping it in bubble wrap, tissue paper, putting it in a non-see-through courier bag and not putting our name anywhere on the package was discreet. Please let us know how you would like us improve?
So, once again our apologies for the experience - we will do better. We will email you a discount coupon for any future shopping to make up for it.
