I purchased 3 sets and only received two. I contacted them each day thinking they would get sick of me and deal with my problems but I got zero response from them. Absolutely no customer service at all. Will keep trying to make contact, just bitterly disappointed.
I am learning before buying anything on line to check here first.
I have had a response from the company after many emails and putting this review up, I have now received a refund for the missing item.

Horrible! Bathing suits ran small and were poor quality. When tried to return, I was given bogus instructions so never received my money back. This is a scam!!!

This is a scam. You cannot exchange items for a different size. As mentioned by other reviews, there is no customer service

Only 1 of two items ordered and paid for were delivered. The item that did arrive had mis-aligned buttons.

We contacted Sea X Salt directly at their service$seaxsalt.com e-mail as directed on the website. There has been no response whatsoever.

My order came relatively quickly but the size was wrong. I wanted to either exchange or, refund and reorder but after a month of several emails with no response I have given up. Will never, ever shop with Sea x Salt again.

What I saw wasn’t what I got.
Firstly I thought I was dealing with an American company - having payed in US$ but alas it wasn’t to be.
The product was shabby and not well put together.
Last purchase from this company was worse, they offered me a credit of NZ$5.00 I refused it having paid US$80
I advise do not deal with this company

I sent five emails requesting information how to return the swimsuit which did not fit me well. No answer in three weeks. I am very disgusted with this company. Poor communication plus the swimsuit is good for women who are shapely. The shorts were baggy on me but the waist is a snug fit, the top was too wide and shapeless on me. Buyers Beware!!

Buyer beware!!!…the marketing videos misrepresent the quality. The quality is terrible…the cut is really funky and fabric cheap. There’s no body type it would be flattering on.
