It’s my duty to warn people from this company !
Normally I don’t leave bad reviews but if I could leave minus 10 stars I would. And I genuinely feel I need to warn people, so save yourself some HUGE troubles and avoid this company at all costs. What I learned is, it is probably best to book only with the airlines directly and not go though a agency..at least not a shady one like Seat24. Due to their mistakes we have now a lot of costs and no compensation. They rebooked our flights and didn’t give us any notice. Now they refuse to give refund. And it is really hard without a lawyer to get justice in a case like that. Avoid avoid avoid !!!

I had booked flight via seat24dk. The flight was cancelled by the airline due to some managment reasons in the destination . i was told by the airline that they have refunded the money to seat24.dk. its been 1 and half month passed and I have yet to see a single penny from seat24dk i have contacted seat24.dk more then 100 times their call center in india will say things like they are reading a script to you no help at all.seat24.dk BIG OPEN SCAMME and its frustrating that nobody is stoping them. WACTH OUT GUYS

Booking was ok, but not be able to make a refund from promised 6 days to running 32 and NOT give an estimate when the refund will be made. This company doesn't even know what customer care is. A poor girl that has to say "I can't answer".

Booked a return ticket from Copenhagen to Frankfurt for 2.828 DKK
Had to cancel.
Worst chat robot in lousy google translated responses.
Refund not possible.
Insisted I should then have TAX and other charges refunded in total 1.131,- DKK
After several chats and messages they offered 56,- DKK in refund for taxes.
So they keep illegally the taxes collected.
Avoid this company

They are cheater.
We bought a flight with easyjet (outbound) on seat24. Flight date Oct 202022.The flight got cancelled. Easyjet immediately denied compensation, but we insisted for several months to get both compensation and refund. In the beginning of March, while keeping requesting compensation and refund to easyjet, we figured out that they had paid some money to the credit card used for the booking. This was seat24 credit card. So I discovered that seat24 had received some money on October 24th 2022 but never transferred them to us. Today March 13th, I contacted seat24. They could not explain why. They promised to pay us what easyjet refunded. It is just a tiny part of the full cost, but still those money should not have been kept by seat 24.

Simply it's Scam Company, they don't fulfill the Agreements regarding the Reservation.

Due to a strike in Frankfurt, all Friday flights were cancelled. Even the next day, they refuse to acknowledge that the flight is cancelled, stating that it says "confirmed" in their systems. They refuse to rebook or cancel without charging a fee, which is in direct violation of rules. The "support" staff seems to consist of an Indian callcenter. Run a mile, if you are faced with this company!

Keep away from seat24. Very poor service, and despite the fact that I have paid for a changeable ticket, seat24 require an extra fee when I want to change my flight. I want to change my flight as the airline company has removed the flight I have booked and paid for, leaving only 45 minutes to reach a connecting flight (with checked luggage)

HUSTLERS!! They should be in jail!

They told us out flight was cancelled but it wasn’t … Meanwhile we booked new tickets for a crazy amount and had to travel to germany and afterwards take bus to ger home.

Seat24 said they would cover all expenses but they lied. They are a scam company… we lost 6000kr because of them.

If I could give a minus I would.

I booked a flexible ticket, and made a change. I did not recieve any information about my new flight by e-mail, even though I payed 80 euro. I called back and they could not see that the change had been made. Now the new ticket is 140 euro that they want me to pay. What a horrible company that cheats their customers. Do NOT buy your tickets via. this company.

Do NOT order tickets from them. Worst travel agency ever, I have never experienced such a poor & unreliable service! They cancel your flight without even informing you about it or a proper reason. They just play with your money. Speaking to their customer service they all have different things to say & full of lies. After they cancel your flight, they dont even offer helping you in any sort of way, but just leave you stranded. Save yourself the headache & do NOT book with them.

The prices get more expensive the first time you click it, the insurances they try and trick you into buying are way overpriced, and when you finally fill out all your personal information they save it even when the purchases isn't made and send emails without consent!!! Because NO I did not finish ANY of my attempted purchases because when you finally fill out all your personal information and they have taken it into their database illegally they RAISE THE PRICE AT THE END EVERY TIME WITH HUGE AMOUNTS!!! STAY AWAY!!

Seat24 never ever again - my worst travel experience in many years. Unreliable, not trust worthy, unresponsive.
Never ever again will I deal with them or their associates. I can't understand that international airlines will deal with a company like this.

Do NOT use Seat24. They are scammers and criminals. My flight was cancelled by the airline. I did not get any notification from Seat24. They have not paid my refund yet. And they charge DKK 225 to do so. Reading through the reviews here, it is clear that I most likely will never see my money again. How can a company be allowed to operate like this? They are criminals.

My flights booked with Seat24 in spring 2020 were cancelled due to COVID and I was told ever since that Seat24 has been waiting for Lufthansa to refund the flights so that I can get my refund. Now it's been over two years and Seat24 has still not refunded my flights from June 2020. Unfortunately, taking legal action will cost me more than what the flights have cost me but I wish I could do more about this criminal behaviour by Seat24. This is the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced, closely followed by Opodo (similar experience).
I will, for obvious reasons, never book with them again and neither should you!!

Seat 24 is the worse experience ever. I have been in the Travel industry for more than 30 years and I believe it is horrible that companies like Seat 24 and whatever names they have call themselves a "Travel Agency". It is impossible to get any help or to speak with someone who actually knows about flights, changes etc. I believe Seat 24 is only a support help desk/service center with employees with no travel agency experience at all. Seat 24 was not able to help change a flight reservation. Seat 24 keep saying to contact the airline directly, who will not help as booked through Seat 24. I am chocked that companies like Seat 24 are allowed to practice business. Please do not EVER use ths company. Alway book directly with the airlines - not SEAT 24. Worst worst worst EVER .......
