Could anyone pleaser help me? I need to contact SDA in the UK, because my parcel is somewhere in operation center for storage, but I am not able to find any contact telephone numbers.

Never ever use SDA for your shipment

They lied on the status of the shipment, claiming they didn’t deliver because of missing details while I triple-checked and everything was correct. They have no useful customer service, the number to call gives no options. There is no way to speak with an operator. All the links I tried in the FAQ sections led to an error page.

The worst courier ever

The worst courier ever. They NEVER come at your place to retrieve a package. I set up a retrieval 3 times, and each time they DID NOT come. THE WORST EVER

Did anyone ever get any kind of…

Did anyone ever get any kind of resolution with SDA UK? Tried calling the dead line, company register showed multiple other companies listed at same address, tried those numbers too, no response. Any help would be much appreciated. SDA email addresses came back as unknown as well so really running out of options.

My parcel it says delivered
I’ve been asking for the pod but there’s no signature, only time of delivery.
They can’t do anything more.
So basically I lost 30£ of shipping costs and lots of affective valuable stuff.

SDA CORRIERE - MAI PIU' (NEVER AGAIN)

SDA is the WORST courier service that I have ever utilized. Two nightmares: (1) I had a parcel, clearly marked with my address, and the parcel did not arrive. The tracking website says it was delivered on a different province. How come? The customer assistance was very unprofessional. (2) The second parcel was not delivered and was sent back to the sender. All the addresses are very clearly indicated. What a very DISGUSTING experience for me.

30 days without being able to contact them

Had to pick it up the package myself at their facility after 30days (even who sent the package wasn't able to do anything). There is no way to contact them or be contacted. No phone, no chat, no e-mail, no ticket, nothing so don't even bother trying. There should be a "codice svincolo" (in order to un-stuck the package) but no way to know where and who gets it.

still waiting for my package to arrive. has been at a stand still i Milano since 23/3-2021, and now 7/4-2021. This i Crazy. ordered from the same store the other day, and picked UPS for delivery, and the package arrived today. SDA has a very bad service time.

Terrible

Terrible. Please check it twice before you order something online. If the company use Poste Italiane (SDA) you can also throw your money into the toilet. It will save you a lot of trouble. SDA can't see anything about your order. When something is wrong they online advice to fill in a complaint form. And nothing will happen after you filled it in. -1 star.

Tracking doesn’t work! No assistance! Impossible to speak with someone!
They write me that the pack it’s arrived with a signature..who had sign?
The mother of the courier? I think..she was with me of course that b****h.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever, please do not choose your shipment with SDA as a main carrier, on 21st Jan 2021 I have to receive a courier, but they didn't deliver, after a call they said we can't deliver to your location. You can come and collect at our office...I really didn't understand, this is how you treat your customers... Well I never ever use SDA

This company is absolute joke.

This company is absolute joke.
I tried send flowers on new year eve, but they are stuck somewhere in Italy, now for more then two weeks. There is no chance to call them from other country then Italy and they don't answer on emails. Their customer service is disgrace this company
