This company is trash they are scamming people out of money i ordered over a month ago spent almost $150 and have NOTHING to show for it they won't respond to my emails and after doing more research im not the only one who ordered and got NOTHING there are also reviews on the BBB website being for help to get their money back... this is the worst experience of my life!!! I filled a dispite with my bank and i hope yall read these because the people posting videos with products they actually got probably only got them so they can help the company scam countless others out of 100's of dollars... my advice to you DON'T DO IT!!!

I was supposed to receive my waist trainer today and it was marked as delivered by I never received my package 📦, so what are they doing having packages marked and they never delivered them, I want my product or a refund of the full amount, worst place I've encountered.

Bought my waist trainer not even 3 weeks and unraveling tried to email.no response called no response im so disappointed

Placed an order over a 100 order never received they don’t have an operating number or email that actual people answer and help order was placed 22 days ago… I’m reporting to the BBB. There’s no way they are stealing people money .. keep your money and buy from someone else these people are terrible

Place an order and it was never even shipped!! Contact customer service no Reply!!! How are they operating

Well i have brought shape wear from them in the past with no problems this time I didn’t receive my shape wear but they were kind enough to replace it i love there shape wear thank you sculpt touch

I am really disappointed the bottle came wet…the price for that little bottle is ridiculous I will never order from here again they are horrible…

I order a bra that was "BOGO" free. But by the time I paid shipping and shipping protection, I could have bought a better bra at a store closer to home. Anyway, what I received was not the right size or color that was on the order slip. I email them immediately (because there is no other way to get a hold of them) and asked for a full refund.
Instead, I got an email explaining how I was wrong and the order was right, even though the invoice said the same thing as me. So I quickly responded with an email EXACTLY AS THEY REQUESTED, with a copy of the invoice, and images of the bra. That was around the first of November that all of this took place and I'm still waiting for a return authorization and refund.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. The only reason that I'm not giving them a lower rating is because the app won't let me!

I’m surprised at all the negative comments. I must say that I didn’t have any problems with delivery, it came on time. I’ve only been wearing the waist trainer a few days now but I’ve been a waist trainer girlie for a long time now and this is the most comfortable waist trainer I have had yet! I love how it feels it doesn’t roll up! And it snatches the waist. I also like that I can workout in it and wear it under clothes. They also sent me two free gifts. The small waist trainer they sent for free is very cheap and doesn’t stay zipped up but it was free 🤷‍♀️ so I can’t complain too much. Overall so far I love this waist trainer. I definitely want to collaborate with sculpt touch.

And I was provided horrible customer service
I will never order from this company again. They are trash.

I have not received my order. $45 is alot to take from someone in this economy
I only purchased it because i do alot of public speaking and felt insecure . I just wanted something to make me look better in my clothes

I love my sweat core waist trainer from a previous order. However customer service from my most recent order was so horrible. You cannot return late items that you no longer need without paying for it as if it was your fault. I will not be ordering from them again.

ALOT of the reviews are stating they never received their product… I HATE buying things off links on instagram or whatnot… It always takes forever or never comes… Therefore I went on amazon and ordered one… It was also cheaper for the same product… And if you order the wrong size the exchange process is waaay easy… The one I ordered was a little tight but not unbearable… Just got it yesterday so haven’t seen any results to say if the product works like it says it does… That is the reason for the 3 stars…

This is not a good waist trainer whatsoever. Every time I wear this weight trainer. I noticed that I’m in a lot of excruciating pain in my lower back area in my afternoon now I can barely walk at times after using this just left the ER now I’m on medication.

I ordered a Mother’s Day promotion at Scullt Touch on June 28. I have not received the package up to date. They sent the package to a wrong address and I informed them that it was the wrong address and gave them the correct one. I initially called the shipping company Gofo Express and they said they will resend my patio the correct address. I waited and didn’t receive anything. I sent emails to sculpt touch and I called Gofo and both have been unhelpful. I wish I used a reputable business which appreciates customers. Basically Sculpt touch stole $55.99 from me and they are not willing to pay me back. I DO NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT ANYMORE! Sculpt touch you should be ashamed of yourself. I hope your business goes down and many people see through your lies 😡.

I give them no stars made my order never received it said it was shipped back.. i paid no shipping but trying yo tell me u cant give me a full refund? When u tell me u cant locate my address but everyone else can? Never ever order from them still fighting to get my money back after they have told me they have thete merchandise BUYERS BEWARE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME@!!

I give them no stars.. this company is a scam.. they need to be shut down completely.. they just take your money. I ordered my sculpt touch on June 19 2025... it is July 26 & still haven't received anything... the usps has a tracking no# but haven't received the item...& I work for the post office... it doesn't take this long...we work around the clock getting people their packages as fast as we can... they need to be investigated as soon as possible!!!

I purchased my waist trainer and it was too small. I reached out to customer service and they gave me instructions on how to exchange the item. I was notified by email and they even told me to keep the old waist trainer. I did not take long for them to send me my replacement. I am excited to see the transformation.

Purchased an item and it’s too small so I tried contacting sculpt touch to do an exchange and no one has responded, I hope everything is ok because if it is ok they are showing bad business practices you should always respond to a customer.
