We had a fantastic experience at the St Helens SCS store thanks to Christine\. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful\. Nothing was too much trouble, and she even helped us get the sofa into the car, which we really appreciated\.

Ordered two reclining chairs that were perfect for our requirements, the staff were very helpful and informative.
On the delivery date I was given a time slot for delivery, the guy's were polite and professional and everything went smoothly.

From the moment she approached us in the store, she exuded an incredible warmth and friendliness, without applying any pressure. Her depth of knowledge on all of your products was phenomenal- very impressive indeed. She carried us right through to completing the sale and could not have been more helpful if she tried. She was incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable and committed to helping us find a product that worked for us. Her manner was slightly unique, but it absolutely worked. Christine is an absolute asset to your organisation and we would probably have left the store without buying anything, if she hadn't approached us and been so genuinely fabulous.
