I’ve still not got my sofa
After securing a delivery date after numerous calls to store this was then cancelled
I had a text to advise it would be delivered on Monday and arranged a day off from work to be told it hasn’t been collected from the store yet. Today it has been collected and sent to Coventry distribution centre so passed by my house and I’ve been told “I’ll get a call”

Staff member was welcoming when entering the store.Helpful and had good knowledge of the products.great quality products and excellent prices!delivered my sofa the next day!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Visited the Lady Bay outlet and was greeted with smiling and polite staff members. We looked around without any hassle and noticed a sofa which suited us perfectly.
Bradley dealt with us in the consequent sale, and was again polite, cheerful and informative.
Bradley also helped enormously with the physical effort to load my van with said sofa. This chap deserves a medal !!
All in all, a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

From entering the showroom the service was exceptional from the salesman to the lady who sorted my payment out.
Then when my chair was delivered by 2 very friendly gentlemen i was absolutely amazed by how friendly and efficient they were.
I can honestly say that if I need any other furniture I won't hesitate to visit that store first and if possible have the 2 gentleman deliver it for me.
I can assure you that I will tell all my friends (and anyone else i hear are looking for furniture) that i am overwhelmed with the service I received from start to finish. You should be very proud of your teams and if I'm honest I have never had a friendlier and kind pair of delivery men in my life. They really do need recognition from you on how they do there job.

Yvette was welcoming and explained how the outlet store works. She left us to walk around and see if there was anything we liked. We decided on a 2 seater recliner. She explained how it worked. We also decided on the footstool. No pressure was put on us which was welcomed. I will certainly be telling others about the store

Tim this Gentleman was just Amazing, Tim was Friendly, Kind, Honest, professional, thoughtful and the list goes on. He definitely went above and Wayyy Beyond to make my experience fun and rewarding I genuinely felt valued as a customer and definitely advise anyone who his looking to purchase a new sofa to check him out you won’t be disappointed.

Very efficient and not pushy

Quick and easy, lady who dealt with us had knowledge and was fast at what she does.
Sofa is amazing and we paid a fantastic price! Delivery was great and the men who delivered and built it was really good and fast as well.

I purchased a two seat recliner.
Very helpful service and a great price.
Delivered three days later with no issues.
I would definitely recommend.

Great service we measured up a sofa set went home to make sure it all fitted which it did then we rushed back to make the purchase
We had to telephone them as we would not make it back before closing time so they especially stayed open until we arrived!

We brought a corner unit from scs in December 25 had it delivered on the 24/04 /26 we notice it was fadeding in place of the seats a technician came on the 30/6/26 he was only here 5 minutes
We had ring because nobody got in contact with they said the person was on holiday till the 13/07/26 still nobody contacted us so we rang up today to be told they said it because it in direct sun there no way this should have happened after 2 months for something that cost nearly 2000 pounds we do not agree to what they say for this to happen after two months this is first and last time we will be using scs
I don't except your apology and i will not be recommending you or visiting your shops every again should stay with dfs never had any problems with them let hope nothing else go wrong with it

Excellent service and the delivery team were great!

My sofa arrived with slight damage to the fabric which was not on the sofa when viewed at the store it was damaged in transit.

We had the best customer service at the lady bay retail park,
allowed to leisurely look around no hard selling/ pushing, just on hand when we needed them. We picked our sofa and Glenn was super helpful, sorted everything for us and a rug and coffee table. Why not! And a speedy delivery. Hope that his salary reflects his great customer service! If not pay rise or promotion. Thanks so much Glenn you were brilliant and a credit to the company.
