From the second we set foot through the store, we were greeted by helpful staff not pushy sales people. As we looed round the store, someone was always on hand to answer questions / give advice. On our return visit we chose a sofa and booked in for delivery. Sofas have different lead times due to be being hand made. Our delivery time suited us and nearer the time we re arranged delivery, which actually suited us better. Delivery was on time and we were kept up to date with delivery dates and times. The delivery guys were pleasant and professional. Our velvet sofa arrived in perfect condition and they made sure we were satisfied before they left. All packaging was taken away by them. Would definitely use them again.

Jamielee was extremely helpful and nothing was a problem. She was very patient as we were waiting to complete on our house which fell through. When we came back she was still very friendly and polite and helpful even though we were waiting a long time.

Delivery and installation was fine , but 16 week delivery not so good.

I received a very nice welcome on arrival at the store. I really appreciated the beautiful scent that greeted me too. I ended up buying a sofa I would normally never have given a thought to. Guilia was patient and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I took my time. Then wandered off for a walk outside and came back to discuss and reinforce my decision. I couldn’t have asked for more. Just a very long wait now until delivery day.

They were very good at taking the sofa upstairs. It seemed a few seconds when we were told it was ready!!
Very professional and polite.

A clear explanation of how the store works, how it's laid out and then offered to look around the store. We were then engaged with when we had questions about a suite that interested us. Shown the options and given an explanation of price current offers and interest free period, which helped in our decision. Once we had decided everything was done promptly and efficiently. The store manager Nathan was very engaging and helpful. Our suite will be delivered in mid September which fits in with our plans.

My new sofa was delivered a month earlier than expected which was a bonus, although maybe I was given a later date so not expecting it yet? Either way I was delighted to get it earlier.
The delivery guys, Ash and Dave were polite, friendly, helpful and efficient.
It all went smoothly, didn’t take long to install at all and they didn’t leave till I was satisfied with everything.
