Friendly in the store, told us of all the options, very flexible to regarding to style and material. No pressure to purchase. Sofa arrived on time, able to track the delivery right up to the front door. Delivered and assembled in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately the driver forgot to leave the 12 glide cups. No problem, a quick call to the store, and we collected the same day.

We’ve visited several sofa retails to find the sofa that would fit in our first home. When we arrived at the store we was greeted by Stephanie who informed us of the the layout of the store and what options they offer, after informing her of our requirements she showed us three different sofas and after talking through the options of fabric Stephanie provided us the quote, not sales pushy, very friendly and happy to answer any of our questions. The next day we came back and place the order and kudos to Stephanie and her manager at Poltronesofà at ScS Kidderminster

Amazing customer service. We explained what we were looking for & after considerable patience, guidance & understanding we were given 3 options. After sitting on each of the options, there was one clear winner. A sofa that offered everything we wanted. Alice explained in great detail the workings of the item to ensure we were happy with our choice.
When we explained my mobility issues, she made certain we were happy with our choice. We were in no way pressured with hard sales & unnecessary “add on’s”
Our only disappointment was the length of time for delivery- 3 months.
Let’s hope we are lucky & get an earlier delivery.

The delivery team were helpful, pleasant and worked efficiently. All staff from purchase to delivery have been friendly and helpful.
The only difficulty I encountered was when following the tracker on delivery day was each time I updated it gave an additional time. The furniture arrived at
1-15pm but by this time the tracker was giving a delivery time of around 4pm.

From sales staff to delivery staff Lovely people to deal with would recommend them too anyone very good choice of furniture with a large range of fabrics to cover your suite if one complaint would be the card readers the machines seem to play up a bit but maybe something out of your control

To avoid disappointment go to DFS, don’t bother with these idiots!! I wish I’d gone to DFS!!
Yes, they’ll be charming, but when you’ve placed your order and got your money they’re no longer helpful.
I placed my order on the 14/5/26 and I was assured I’d have my order by the middle of August. I spent almost £2500 treating myself, yet I’m sat on a wooden floor in my living room and now I won’t receive my order until 7/9/26 which is subject to change.
I’ve even emailed the head office and they can’t even be bothered to email me back.
No doubt I’ll get a ridiculous response from one of the customer service team, but I don’t want that I want a response to my email I sent to head office!!
PLEASE AVOID IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE ESPECIALLY THE KIDDERMINSTER BRANCH!!

The lady who served us, we think her name was Alice , was absolutely amazing. She made the process as straightforward and simple as possible for us. She allowed us time to decide by ourselves without us feeling under pressure at all, but was there to give us all the information and help we needed.

We visited your Kidderminster store two days running, your colleague Steph was so patient and helpful on both days and being elderly we didn’t rush. She was amazing her knowledge of the products and her explanations at every stage were really very good.

From the moment I walked into the store I was impressed. The ambiance was lovely as was the greeting. No pressure, but was left to look around at our own pace. From going in just to look, my husband and I knew we liked what we’d seen, no need to look elsewhere. After 3 visits we decided on the Maer sofas which we look forward to receiving. The delivery team was excellent very professional, all packaging was take away they made sure when that all was safe before bringing in the sofa.

We stepped inside and was greeted with a wonderful smell. Followed by Stephanie who was super smiley and friendly. She had to put up with 4 of us!! Steph helped my Mum find her perfect sofa. She was so helpful showing us all the different styles and colours that we could choose from. When I need a new sofa I will definitely be going to see Steph again. 10/10 for her. She is an asset to the company.
