Visited 2 stores.
First one (Thurrock, Lakeside) was way too pushy and I head 'Italian Leather' about 20 times.
Second store (Dartford) was much better. Seemed to get it right and did not hound us.
Guess where we bought the sofa.

It's a shame that the pdf invoice emailed to me did not actually say which sofa we bought. So I had yo phone abd check. When questioned the store rep. just said "yeah it always comes like that, we complain but nothing ever happens".

When I ordered the sofas at the Dartford branch I explained about the access to my property.
So when the delivery date came and all was going well I got rid of my old sofas so was clear for delivery.
Driver called 20 mins before arrival so I informed them with direction for delivery, but got reply that the vehicle was to big to get to the delivery point, with this I gave them another option to park a little further away and walk round with a trolley, there was 2 delivery persons with a trolley but they refused to attempt delivery within the lines of health and safety, but my original furniture was delivered this way before with no problem.
The driver then said would be returned to Basildon dept and will rebook in a smaller vehicle, I called the Dartford store but the response I got back was not really any help and was told I would be contacted by a manager but never got a call.
A few days later I got a email to say going to redeliver on the Thursday, called the contact number to say that no one would be at my property on that day, and I was still awaiting for a manager to call.
Again I was ignored and the deliver just went ahead, so I luckily was able to get my neighbour to get entry to my home,
Again the driver messaged me approx 20 mins before, but the time came and was contacted again from driver saying he could not deliver due to access as was sent in a larger vehicle again.
With this I contacted the manager at Dartford expressing my disgust in the service, the manager who was the only one that apologised and looked straight into it, she called me back and the only way I could get my furniture was to get a courier to deliver it from which I had to pay and claim the money back from a link online from which I may add ive still not received.
So overall the service has been the worst ever, no customer service just didn't care,

Perry and Taylor were such nice delivery lads. Very polite very careful and both an asset to your company. The tracking system was superb very accurate.

The sales staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was a problem and happy to help.

The staff were so welcoming and really helped me find the right sofa, the colour and fabric and I purchased two 2seater sofas. The staff really care about their customers. The only slight downside is that I couldn't take a sample of the fabric home that would help with choosing cushions to go with the sofa, as this is company policy. I would certainly recommend this store.

Larry at SCS Dartford was excellent, very patient as we made our choices and helped us match up different sofas and chairs in the same leather so it all looks perfect. That is the big advantage of SCS, you can mix and match different lines into the same finish and colour to suit your home. I would recommend SCS but do ask the sales staff because weirdly not all the range is on the website - which meant that going to the store was essential.
We matched Patrica chairs with Uxbridge sofas in the same brown leather because other stores could only offer accent chairs.
Fitting and delivey were excellent. We ordered in October and delivery was as estimated in mid-Jan. Delivery team were really good.

Was disappointed that that the delivery got put back a day but it was made up with Two lovely men - Barry & Josh very helpful and took the worry away - as on first floor flat .

Excellent customer service in store that allowed us plenty of thinking time without pushing us towards any kind of deal. Delivery was just as good with excellent communication and an early arrival. Putting the sofa together with quick and efficient and showed respect for the house with the personnel automatically taking their shoes off. I’m a very happy customer!

Delivery was within the agreed time frames. Sofawas too tight to fit through the kitchen door as feet had not been removed. Delivery crew were professional and removed kitchen door to allow the sofa to pass into kitchen snug area.

The delivery crew rang me to make sure I was home
Very quickly put sofa together overall they were pleasant and polite took all the sofa rubbish boxes etc away with them

brilliant service they kept in touch regarding time of delivery and once here was very careful with furniture getting it into what i have a very awkward area but they did it and i appriciated there hard work and dedication throughout very polite and tidy brilliant service one very happy customer whom is in love woth her new sofa thankyou 5* service brilliant serice form the dartford branch to from start to finish of my order em was just great thankyou all so much
