Ordered August 2025 told by store should be 8 to 12 weeks approximately delivery after 12 weeks visited store and was told delivery date 21 November also said that on paperwork we paid balance and disposed of old sofas we were told e mail or text would be sent on day of delivery we waited and heard nothing on day so later that day phoned store to be told it wasn’t happening as sofas not in depot so after various calls to store they sad we should have had message but we received nothing in fact if we had not contacted the store we would have been in the dark and we had nothing to sit on
We had to wait until the Monday to find out when the sofas were coming into the depot as the store couldn’t get that info so on the Monday we were told they were arriving at depot on 8 th and delivery would be 13 th December we said we had nothing to sit on and we’re not happy so store got back to us to say closest date was 12 dec today
The delivery guys sent text and turned up at correct time they were efficient pleasant and cleaned up afterwards I couldn’t find any faught with them
But as for the rest of ScS they were so incompetent and needless to say after having to chase up and being left with nothing to sit on of 2 weeks
We will never use them again

Terrible aftercare service, took out accidental damage cover and was assured that whatever happens to the sofa we were covered, it actually has worn really badly and it is a fault with the material, examined by assessor and told it was accidental damage to which we did not agree p, then took it to the ombudsman and they didn’t even bother to come and look, totally unacceptable, awful company would never recommend, we paid over £2000 for the sofa and we are totally dissatisfied with the service and the company !!!

When the delivery team said they would be here between 0700 and 0830 they were, cant fault them on there timeings.

The staff in the shop were so helpful and kind. They helped me organise the delivery when I was leaving that day for holiday. The delivery crew were quick, efficient and friendly

The information provided was spot on and timings. Two young men very polite and helpful

Andrew and Huw called in advance, delivered within slot provided, carried everything inside and left boxed as requested.

Also gave me instructions on how to assemble as hadn't moved yet.

Popped in to scs today to see if they could help me with a sofa and chair, needed it to be delivered as soon as my house purchase gos through. Met Sam in there (hengrove store Bristol) a assistant i must say he was fantastic so helpful made my buying experience so nice. He was reassuring that I could change date to suit, and gave me all the help I needed. THANK you Sam nice to meet someone who is not pushy but knowledgeable and helpfull.

After a couple of different visits to see if I still liked the sofa I finally purchased it.....Sam from the imperial park Bristol branch was the perfect salesperson....he took me through all the different options for colour, material plus payment with much of patience after my many questions.....Sam is definitely an asset to this company

Called into Bristol branch at Imperial Park and was greeted by Scott. We had a look around, no pressure to buy. Saw a sofa we’d liked but decided to look else where. Called back about an hour later and Scott remembered we were there earlier. Bought our sofa and arranged delivery after Christmas. The whole experience was dealt with professionalism and friendliness. Great team!

Very pleased with my new sofa and recliner thank you and the two delivery men , they were very good and polite all the time and were very helfull , they were very helpfull towards me , as I had a kidney operation 10 days ago , they put my old recliner in my garden ready to be taken away by my brother to weekend to the tip , so i can say i am very pleased with everything yesterday

I had a call from the guys in the morning giving me rough guide to time they would be with me, which they managed to arrive by.
Both guys were very polite and handled my new settee with great respect.

* In store, salesman (Allan) was welcoming, polite, knowledgeable and friendly not pushy or overbearing. He gave you time to think and make choices. Excellent.
