Very helpful staff good advice and well planned design

Went to poltrone aintree retail park , was greeted by kate ,who looked after me when ordering sofas , what an amazing person so curteous , polite , helpful , told her what my budget was , nothing was too much trouble , she is brilliant , had my sofas ordered in 30 minutes .

Staff in Aintree shop were extremely helpful and delivery men were polite and efficient.

Very nice staff and knowledgeable

Fantastic service from the moment we walked through the door, greeted by Simon, he was so helpful, really patience, didn't rush us, we looked at a number of sofas, so much to choose from. We picked the perfect sofa, which was very comfortable in the perfect colour, would definitely recommend going there and ask for Simon to help you.

Visited your Aintree showroom on 2 occasions. Staff friendly and helpful, On second visit placed an order and awaiting delivery hopefully early July. I was dealt with by a gentleman on my first vuisit and on the second visit when I placed the order it was Kate.

Very happy with furniture delivery men very polite but on bringing the sofa into my living room took some paint off the door frame and said I just need to paint over it which in reality I should not have to do

Delivery lads were great, got up 3 flights of stairs to my flat, built couch and took all the cardboard, boss lads, thanks again.

from start brandon done most of work took all details size ex colour we had to go home to work out if fits it does so we came back following day to order but brandon was not in so kate to over alls well in love and war

I was dreading going into browse in sofa shops due to being approached and pressured, but when I was met by Simon at Poultron Aintree he was different, I told him I was just browsing, he understood right away and just briefly explained the colour/fabric system on the tags so that I was aware and left me to relax and wander around on my own, until I actually called him. Because of this, and feeling relaxed with no sakes pressure, I bought a sofa as soon as it caught my eye within 10 minutes. I called him to ask further questions, He was brilliant, very relaxed and no pressure. It made such a difference to my sofa shopping experience. Very pleased 👍
