A good idea for a service but unreliable
A good idea for a service, but extremely unreliable. Uploaded a document to pay for a plagiarism check. Their system glitched, and for over a day, nobody answered my messages. No customer support contacted me, and nothing happened.
Edit: Even after their customer support restarted it and said "It will be done in 15 minutes", the report is still not finished..
Edit 2: Today their service crashed again, and i was informed that i will get my refund. I DONT NEED A REFUND, I NEED A WORKING AND RELIABLE SERVICE THAT I AM PAYING FOR!
