The service was good, the only time I was sent incorrect one was promptly amended with replacement + bonus.
All orders arrived without issues even considering I'm abroad.
Firstly they sent the wrong item. Secondly they said they were dispatching a replacement. 1 week later, no replacement or response as to where my product is. They are liars, my initial product arrived on time but the replacement is 3 days overdue?! Sure I'll trust a company that gets an apple watch protector and note 20 ultra protector mixed up. Just avoid these guys like the plague. I chose to buy a product with a different ebay account using my secondary address and it was delivered a few days ago (at the same time these scammers said they were dispatching a replacement). This should tell you all you need to know.

The quality of the screen protectors are just brilliant, initially it is quite fiddly *but* so worth while.
I am a wheelchair user and on one occasion dropped my iPhone 7 Plus with SK fitted, screen side down on my metal footplate, result was phone up damaged, I was sold.
The customer service is second to none and I unreservedly recommend this product and its customer service to all my family and friends.

I have used Screen Knight for years and on all my phones. Their product is undeniably good and the custom service is outstanding. I have gone through a few Screen Protectors as a result of bending phones and breakages, and every time i have purchased another protector from SK. I recently had a problem with my latest cover, and after a quick email, they were able to rectify it. I give a lot of respect to companies who can deliver on their word these days as many cannot. Screen Knight will continue to be my go to product and i will continue to recommend to everyone.
