The website has easy to follow instructions to set up your collection. There’s a quote before you proceed which is great, I got email and text confirmation, the driver called before collection to let me know he was 20 mins away. The driver made the collection smooth and took me through the steps. I received my money 5pm the same day. I also spoke to them on the phone to change my collection day, they were very accommodating and friendly.

Average rating from me. They didn't turn up on the first date neither did they let me know they weren't coming. They rearranged a date and came on that day, called me beforehand to let me know they were on the way. The guy that came out was friendly and answered any questions I had. He took the car and I got the money in my account the next day.

This was my first time scrapping a car but this company made it an easy procedure. It was all done very quick, the car was collected and I was given instructions what to do before and after collection. The cash went into my account very quick after thay called me saying i had forgot to give them my details. I got a good price for my car so I will use them again if I need a car scrapped.10 out of 10 for my whole experience.
