Avoid...no matter what

Avoid...no matter what
Unless you would like to have more gray hairs
I purchase my property without problems 8-10 y ago
However when I try sell...
I wasn't they customer...however I was directly affected by they "work"(they represent buyers)

Over 215 days to sell property...not because was so complicated
From day one I notice buyer solicitor not engaging with my solicitor

Just to prove point
We been asking few times
"Do we have
A fire assessment
B asbestos survey
Over few month we reply ...we don't
Took them around 6 months to clarify it's mandatory for them

Could say that earlier and save our time and money?
However when we deliver those docs...we wait weeks for them to be review

Dealing with them is extremely stressful
Frustrated
Annoying
