Spoke to the team yesterday to arrange my tax free cash payment, really helpful and a well organised process. Couldn’t fault the advisor I spoke to in anyway.

Both Scottish Widows and Aegon were quick and effective at transferring my pension out from Aegon to Scottish Widows. I just gave Scottish Widows the details and they handled it.

I spoke to a gentleman called Joe (may have got the name wrong sorry). I can honestly say he was so caring and understanding. He was professional and kind. He listened and was very patient with my needs. Fantastic service. Thank you

Was able to speak with a very knowledgeable and professional agent quickly. He was well versed in the process and clearly outlined the steps I had to follow. I then reverted to the App which was easy to use and the whole process was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I’m sorry I no longer have any dealings with this Company given the high level of service provided and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Scottish Widows made sure they kept the momentum flowing to complete my pension transfer. They ensured the paperwork was spot on and kept me informed every step of the way.

I have been with iWeb probably 20 yrs and have accepted they have a difficult to use website, half of the stocks you seek they don’t recognise even tho you already hold the stock. Now trying to transfer an isa is almost impossible they won’t reply to emails or give you the wrong email address. The staff you can talk to are always polite and helpful but the website is rubbish and don’t allow you to make proper contact

I have rarely spoken to anyone at SW since taking out my pension plan in 1988 but now I came to doing something with it the staff were excellent in presenting my options (without actually advising). The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and were able to help me get exactly what I wanted from my pension. Add to that that I was pleased with the way my pension had grown over the years with them. I could have moved my pension elsewhere at this point but chose to stay with them as they seem competative with what I wanted to do. There was no pressure at all on that.

Your representative on the the phone Jed was excellent communication was first class. Tried with the app to which I found useless in this matter took me around the block.

Excellent support for my pension queries, making my enquiry very straight forward and not as complex as expected. Both people I spoke to, Eddie & Deborah, listened and spoke in easy to understand language and I think Scottish Widows have made the whole pension process so much easier than other companies I have recently dealt with as it all could be handled by phone.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I had to call them twice as the two links on the email that was forwarded to me were not working.
On the second call the staff member was able to resolve my full request to cash in my Small pot claim pension over the phone, which was most helpful.
Highly recommend.
