I can't thank Michael at TD enough, my SO was recently helped by him to consolidate and reduce payments on debt, since then I just need to whisper "trust deed" and she's dripping like a broken fridge. Life has never been so good

Just off the phone with Trust Deed Scotland and it made my flesh crawl. I explained that I contacted another company that I was working with then had to sit through 8 minutes of them discrediting that company. After the second round of him telling me about top reviews online and how they could take payment for their services before circling around to repeating the same discrediting comments, I stopped the conversation saying I was uncomfortable. He just repeated himself. I had to interrupt him by saying I don’t care about what you think about your competitors, what reviews you’ve got or what other people think I only care about my problems and getting help for them. You haven’t even asked about that so I’m ending the call.

I'm genuinely lost for words on the professionalism i received from my adviser Sharon, she was outstanding!
I was hesitant to make contact initially due to thinking the process would be long however Sharon had everything in place for me within 2 days!
Today is day 3 from my first contact and I've just set up my standing order to be taken on the 1st May.

To be a very honest and positive one... Everything was explained to me clearly and if I did have any questions, he answered honestly and straight away, and this showed to me that I was dealing with a professional and experienced person...
My case took longer to sort, on my side as I had to get all documention together.. I had never been in this situation in my life before, but when I had any fears or worries Martin always guided me correctly.. He had a very calming influence on me.. Assuring me all would be ok... Which in the end proved to be the case..
My Iva application was in fact approved as he assured me it would be.. And I now have piece of mind...
