AVOID THEY SO NOT OFFER OUT OF HOURS AT WEEKENDS AND NO INTEREST IN RESOLVING COMPLAINTS

AVOID!! I attended this Practice as during lockdown my teeth started snapping off as I have osteoarthritis. I have a terrible fear my own NHS dentist had initially started the treatment to remove my teeth but I was terrified as I took infections and am prone to dry sockets. I requested complete sedation was told that is what I would get however it didn’t work. The maxi facial consultant was very rough with me, injections were awful and I screamed in pain at least 3 times. I told them as soon as they were finished and also an hour after the treatment that I was in agony despite still being numb. That was the start of a nightmare year. I paid just under £2500, the day before the treatment £2000 and when I phoned on the Saturday I was told they DID NOT provide out of hours service and told me to contact my NHS dentist. I was offered an appointment on the Monday but I had no faith in the Dentist he was indeed very rough and absolutely the worst Dentist I’ve ever been to in my life. My own Dentist was furious they referred me back to NHS and was as surprised as me that they did not provide emergency care. I have spent a full year negotiating trying to reach an amicable solution to no avail. I qualify for free NHS treatment and used savings thinking I would get the best dental implants or dentures but I have been left all this time with a temporary upper set that don’t fit and I cannot eat with. I am left with no option but to go down the legal route which I am currently doing. Please do your homework before choosing this Practice I could say more but I need to leave that for the court.
