Albert, their technician, arrived promptly, and after a few friendly exchanges got down to the task in hand - a boiler inspection. He was extremely thorough and professional, and was mindful of my property. Also, the reception staff have a very pleasant and accommodating manner, making any booking easy and stress-free. Even their payment system is user friendly, with an interactive portion within their invoice! I can unreservedly recommend Scott Findlay on every level of professionalism!

Plumber turned up on time and quickly identified the issue. He explained it to me in layman's terms and left to source a required part. He returned with said part, fitted it quickly, and checked the results. This was all done in less than an hour and at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the work done.

Replacement Worcester combi boiler fitted very speedily and expertly, and at a good price, by Edmund so only without hot water a few days.
Can highly recommend the Scott Findlay team for their expertise in gas heating and plumbing work, maintenance and trustworthiness.
