Although the crew were professional and efficient, two items of furniture were damaged either whilst being loaded into the van or in transit requiring replacing them. Despite providing photos and trying to follow up on emails and their customer support web chat, I've not had any response. Unfortunately wouldn't be able to recommend them.

be careful if you are a supplier, we have made customs formalities and has never paid our invoice despite our reminders ( by mail and phone), not nice at all

How can I start ,what a service this company offer. They turned up on time . There was 3 guys and I was trying to help but I was told no leave it all to us . They took care of every item and if they couldn’t see what it was in a box I was asked if it was fragile . They tied everything down in the van, and even had their Own cardboard to help protect tv screens and other fragile items .
I was totally impressed by their care and I had total confidence in the guys That nothing was going to get damaged

I can't recommend Scot Removals highly enough: we moved from a top floor tenement flat last week and had a lot of heavy furniture (in addition to the usual boxes, sofas, beds etc) but the team made it look so easy. I was a little nervous as their quote was less than others I received, but we definitely got our money's worth and much more! They arrived exactly when they said they would, were so friendly and helpful, then kept in touch while we were waiting for the keys to our new place so we were reassured that they were going to be there when we arrived. Delivery was amazing, everything went where we wanted it, no breakages, not even a scuff anywhere. They made what could have been a really stressful day so smooth, and we really can't thank them enough for all their hard work.

Superb service from Mo and his team! We were moving into a newly built house, and there were issues with groundwork and access on the day of moving. Mo managed to reschedule our move at short notice. They moved us from East Dunbartonshire to the Southside without any issues.

Mo and his team are absolutely wonderful. I still can’t believe how smooth the move went yesterday. Even when we arrived at the new property and faced some unexpected complications, Mo knew exactly what to do. We are so grateful, they were perfect. Everything packed away safely and they really knew what they were doing. Friendly guys and professional! Everything packed/unpacked quickly too!

Bang on time and polite, helpful, careful young men working together as a good team. Everything well packed and protected in the van and put just where we wanted. The whole move was accomplished without a hitch quickly and without fuss.

The service I received from Scot Removals was outstanding.
Mo and his team were courteous, extremely fast and efficient, and very helpful. Communication throughout was excellent. I was facilitating a flat move (3rd floor tennemant!) from Glasgow to Lincoln for a family member. I required everything to be picked up and packed up the day before the move for a lunchtime delivery the following day. Everything ran like clockwork on both days! Mo kept in touch on the journey down to Lincoln and his ETA was bang on!
I had underestimated the amount of 'stuff' being moved on the day and Mo was very understanding and accomodating and we were easily able to reach an agreement to reflect my error.
The price of removal and customer service was very fair indeed.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Scot Removals to anyone needing reassurance that they will receive a stress free excellent quality removal service.

Extremely efficient and fairly priced service. I'd have no hesitation recommending Scot Removals to others. Mo and his friendly and enthusiastic team arrived first thing and made the move easy.

There were a few hiccups on the day that Mo was able to problem solve without fuss or complaint. Without his experience some furniture wouldn't have gotten through the door! Much appreciated.

Fantastic service by Mo and his team. They appeared promptly and got to work straight away. We had more stuff than we expected. However, Mo and his team were happy to accommodate us. Lots of heavy lifting, but this wasn't an issue for the team. They are a hard-working group, and the price was very reasonable. Honestly, you wouldn't find a better team or price.
I could not recommend Moe and his team anymore.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Mo and his team are experts in the art of world class customer service. Moving is so stressful, but these guys took all the stress out of it. Fast, efficient, friendly and super professional. Having done significant research before using Scot Removals, I would say that the price was beyond fair. It was fantastic. Thank you.
