Rude customer service

Rude customer service, they took orders which is not in stock and not been removed on website yet still available and shipping on 5days???

When I call them said is not in stock and we need to ordered for you from Italy and Italy is lockdown right now because Coronavirus, so Why the item show on website are available in stock and shipping from uk

Zero customer service

I ordered a Vespa LX Top Case and Top Case Support via their website on 29 November, 2019. During checkout, it listed £0 for shipping. I figured that maybe shipping was free since it was such an expensive purchase.

I then received an email that total shipping is £60 and that if I was happy with it, then they'll "charge my account" and process my order.

I've followed up this email twice asking how I can make payment. No reply. Nothing. Zilch. It is now January 8th. I now have to try and phone long distance from Australia late tonight to chase this down.

Bad customer service.

Great buying experience

Recently ordered a Vespa helmet which was listed as a special order from Italy. The helmet arrived in a much shorter time frame than anticipated and was in perfect condition. Shipping from the U.K. to the states is expensive but in this case, at least, it was worth the cost. Communication with ScooterCrazy was also very prompt and polite. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

Great Service, Accomodating and excellent after sales care

Brought a vespa primavera top box and windshield. Order was shipped and arrived on time to Hong Kong. Had a mishap with the wind shield and arrived with scratches. It was promptly replaced. Replacement windshield arrive in little over 1 week. Scootercrazy really took the worries away from buying online and shipping long distance.

Let down

I placed an order online for delivery to my cousin in the UK. I am in the US and he was going to bring it to me during his upcoming trip. Scooter Crazy sat on the order and asked me to pay higher shipping costs, despite the order confirmation clearly stating it would deliver to a UK address. They then assured me it would deliver on time for my cousin to bring it. That was not the case. Now I won't have the part for a while and I will have to pay additional shipping fees for him to send the part over to me. Total let down.

Although very short notice they managed to find two in the same colour.. just what I wanted.. and posted by return, ready for the trip...

Not the best communications

Ordered a Vespa hat online, didn't receive an order confirmation, had to phone three times to find out where my order was. When it did arrive it was neatly packed in a SIP bag!! But they're Yorkshire folk so I can forgive them oh and it took a week to arrive, Amazon they are not

Perfect Sales & more importantly After Sales care

Brilliant support in providing the top box we wanted and excellent support when the new Piaggio top box was defective. Provided collection and delivery of replacement in double quick time.
Definitely recommend them and will certainly go back.

I did not receive any email mentioning that my order had been delivered. Also, one product had the wrong color. I did not mind very much and dis not return but would have been good if i had received a note saying that.
I will not order again from Scootercrazy.

Friendly, helpful and very accommodating.

Great service! I have purchased several items and every purchase has been dealt with swiftly. There had been some errors on pricing as they had not updated their website but they sold me the items at the lower price saving me in excess of £50. I was so impressed with the online service that I decided to let them service my Piaggio X10 scooter, not disappointed. I found every member of staff to be friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them.
