No feedback on communication at all!

Unfortunately I did not check Trustpilot before ordering from Shuhhaus Heller via Amazon.
I ordered a pair of Ecco Grainer full leather boots. The shoes are great from fit and comfort, but I had an issue with the leather/color. After contacting Ecco directly, I contacted the seller directly, but like the others here, I never got any form of response.
I hope future interested people will first check Trustpilot, but as they mainly sell over Amazon and Zalando I'm afraid this will not happen. Therefore I can only ask those with bad experiences to also provide reviews on those platforms. I will do so and also get in touch again with Ecco to try to convince them not to work together with this company.

Wrong size delivered; no communication whatsoever

January 11th I ordered via Amazon Paul Green shoes size 6.Delivered were shoes size 5 (the card said 5,5). I tried to calI Heller: number of the website was not correct. I wrote them an email: until today no answer. I paid EUR 134,48. return fee was : EUR 128,53. The costs for return was EUR 13,--. So I paid EUR 18,95 for NOTHING. The mistake was on the side of Schuhaus Heller. I would say: don't order with them!

Very bad!

Very bad!
Keep away!
I returned a pair of shoues because they didnt fit.
I never got another pair or my money back!
They ignore all inquiries!
So bad! I lost 70€!! 70€ for nothing!
