We found the most inspiring and informed student guide to UCLA named Cheska. She arrived on time, gave a detailed tour, took us into classrooms, cafeterias and student spaces, while providing an unvarnished but positive view into life at UCLA.

When our first-choice guide wasn't available the team at SchoolScoops (shout out to Dave!) were very helpful in navigating to find an alternative.

A very useful service - surprised that I had never heard of it before. Used it for my high school junior when we visited BC and Tufts since the school-provided tours were filled up that day. Very easy to schedule. Extremely easy to stay in touch with students before the tour re: logistics. And both students were well-vetted and provided my kid with awesome perspectives on the schools we were looking at. It's a great way to visit colleges, especially ones you're very interested in.

Highly recommend using Schoolscoops! We booked a tour at Clemson University, and it was great! Having your own personal tour guide allows you to ask as many questions as you want. Our tour guide was energetic, knowledgeable, and very informative.

Schoolscoops helped our student group find a perfect campus tour guide, a junior college student, to visit the UPenn Campus last summer. The whole process was set up there very efficiently and was easy to use, which gave me a lot of flexibility to choose from several candidates. We could make an appointment and cancel the scheduled event one day before the confirmed date. This option actually dissipated many of our concerns about making a payment.

We used School Scoops last summer (June 2025). An absolute must for visiting families/students. Our guides were top-notch, professional, highly informative concerning all aspects of campus life - academics, student support, facilities. Coupled with the admissions office tours will go a long way in helping our daughter with her decision. Thanks

Wonderful experience with really helpful, friendly guides!

Becoming part of SchoolScoops has been a great experience as a college student with a busy schedule who is still looking to be able to work. They allow flexibility with scheduling and a very user friendly website. The pay is fantastic for a college job, and is very fulfilling when a tour goes well. It is also great for building and developing people skills, a highly sought after skill by employers.

When any problems have arisen, the founder, Sam, has been fast to respond and resolve issues. It is clear that those at SchoolScoops want nothing more than the tour guides to succeed and assist busy college students with finding work.

My overall experience with SchoolScoops has been great, from the tours to the company itself.
