I’ve had an awful experience with this school

I’ve had an awful experience with this school. After paying, they completely mishandled my documents and provided me with the wrong ones for my coursework and didn't even submit them. Because of their incompetence, I now can’t sit my exam — despite doing everything required on my end and will have to pay the exam fee again.

The communication has been chaotic and unhelpful from start to finish. Every time I tried to get answers, I was met with delays, excuses, or staff who clearly didn’t know what they were doing. It’s unacceptable that a supposed educational institution can take students’ money and then fail to deliver even the most basic level of support.

I strongly recommend avoiding this school. Save yourself the stress, time, and money — find a provider that actually values its students and takes responsibility for their education not just their money.
