Great service

I had an issue with the delivery service (GLS) leading to two of my packages being returned. Schäfer resent the items at no extra cost. They were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely order from them again.

Good costumer support

I had an issue with a delivery damage and asked the company for replacement. The costumer support responded quickly and agreed to send a replacement without any problem. Overall, good product with a good support. I am very satisfied.

They lie for discount

I recently attempted to purchase a ZBook Studio G10 from Schäfer Shop advertised at a 51% discount. After completing my purchase, I was informed by the company that the discount was a mistake and they would not honor the advertised price.

This experience was extremely disappointing. The advertised discount was the sole reason I decided to make the purchase. Such errors reflect poorly on the company's reliability and transparency.

Additionally, the customer service response was unsatisfactory. Rather than offering a reasonable solution or compensation, I was simply told my purchase could not be processed as advertised.
