Fake samples. They're the oil clone version. Nothing like the original whatsoever.

I had an issue and I wanted to give the company chance to put it right first before coming on here however I’ve sent them four messages not had a single reply. I ordered a quite expensive sample not overpriced just an expensive type. The spray head was faulty after second squirt and still is Very very disappointed in the service. I understand things go wrong but it’s how you put them right but they haven’t even come back to me, which is very poor I don’t think I’ll buy again.

I initially purchased few samples of different perfumes and all I absolutely loved. The scent was captivating, long-lasting, and quickly became my favourites. The quality felt impeccable, and I was excited to buy a full bottle. However, when I went to genuine retailer to try and purchase, I noticed a significant difference - the scent didn't seem the same.
I'm left wondering whether the samples being sold at the website are from an old formulation or perhaps even a different batch because the current version available on the market didn't appeal to me at all. It's disappointing as I was ready to commit to a full bottle, but now I'm unsure about the consistency and authenticity of the samples.
Would love to hear if others have experienced this as well.

i ordered dior sauvage edt 50ml, and its pretty good. im happy with my product however, after 40-50 mins i cant smell it and can barely pick it up. it might be because im getting nose blind but im not sure. it also has a little bit of a toilet cleaner scent which i think is not in the scent but if it is then im just paranoid. but anyway overall id rate this site 8/10, im a previous buyer (1 million golden oud 20ml) which was a fantastic fragrance and i had no problems with that. I
n conclusion, i would say to trust this website as this is a really good way of saving money if you just want the AUTHENTIC liquid and not the bottle. Amazing website and i am buying again!!

edit: i just realised i was getting nose blind lol. still smelt it on my arm after 2 hours ( pretty strong too) . very authentic juice and i might pick up another fragrance from this site! 😀😀

damn, ive seen so many bad reviews. However i believed it and was really paranoid. But when my package arrived (2 buisness days) it was spot on. ive smelt this in my local selfridges ( 1 million golden oud by paco rabanne) and it smells exactly the same with the same longjevity. im very glad that they are legit. Ive ordered dior sauvage edt and will leave another review for that. perfect website for samples!!

Crap, smell terrible not at all like originals either the perfumes are very old and gone off or they are dupe copies. What a waste of money - lesson learnt won’t be using again!

Complete rip off. I ordered 5 x 1ml samples of different scents. Each phial was only half full and none smelt like the original true scent.
I had to send several reminders to receive my order and not once did I receive a response.
Would I recommend this company - Definitely NOT.

Ordered two samples of Fragrances I know, and have previously owned. 100% not genuine. Not even close. The other three I wanted to test - no idea if they are authentic, but based on the other two then I doubt it. Then I decided to use Instant Street View and see exactly where they were trading from. It is now I realise that this is a total scam of a website and should be shut down.

Fake maison crivelli order 5ml and the smell is very bad

I did not receive a order conformation email and after reading all the negative reviews contacted them to cancel my order but got no reply. However the Savauge elixir did turn up well packaged and as far as i can tell smells the same as the genuine product I have. Even after 24 hours and a shower there's still a faint scent.

This was the second time I've used this site, and both times I've received what expected and quickly. My experience doesn't match other more negative ones below, although the lack of order confirmation email is strange and a bit disconcerting to be honest.

However, I ordered two 5ml samples on Sunday, received Thursday morning and there was a 1ml sample included for free.

I'll definitely continue to use ScentSamples. They're also the only decant site to have Tiziana Terenzi Vittoriale from what I can tell.

Don't usually write reviews but felt I needed to just to warn people not to buy these fake samples. Ordered 8 samples and they last on skin all of 20min,one in particular (Italian cypress) doesn't even smell close to the genuine fragrance,i should have read all the bad reviews before ordering,avoid at all costs!

I placed an order for a 50ml bottle after previously purchasing at 10ml sample and having received a good service on that order. Unfortunately, it has been 6 days and I have not received a confirmation email of my order and the order status in my account shows as 'full payment received' (how convenient). I have emailed them twice now about this and have heard nothing back. I will be involving Trading Standards in my complaint as a next step.
Extremely disappointing at best.

I am very disappointed to be writing this message. I have ordered from this site before, but after this experience, I don’t think I will again. I ordered four fragrance samples. Three of them seem fine, but one was my favorite, Byredo “Gypsy Water.” I am very familiar with this scent, as I previously owned a 50 ml bottle. I ordered a 5 ml sample to take with me while traveling. However, what I received was a complete counterfeit of low quality. The scent is entirely different; at first, I even thought it might have been mixed up with another fragrance, but unfortunately, it’s just a cheap imitation. I applied it to make sure, but I couldn’t stand the harsh, unpleasant smell. How can you sell a fake 5 ml sample for £9? This is truly disappointing.

Placed an order 4 days ago haven't heard a thing . Sent 3 emails non have had a reply. So I'm taking that I have just been totally ripped off...this company needs removing from the web. So needless to say..... obviously do not hand your money over to this scam.

These are NOT original fragrances as advertised! Very dishonest!
They're selling you dupes and clones. Some better than others, nut never the fragrance or feel of the originals. I compared the ones I purchased with the originals side by side

Arrived very quickly. All bottles intact, functional and most importantly contain genuine, undiluted samples. I was initially apprehensive after reading some of the reviews on here and I emailed to cancel. This either wasn't received or was ignored. However I'm glad the cancellation wasn't processed as I'm really delighted with these perfumes. 2 free samples were bundled and they're also very nice.

The samples arrived quickly but all three tester bottles only worked for 2 sprays and then were defective.

The scents also didn't last very long so I am not sure if they were genuine samples.

Never received my sample.
I bought it, it didn’t ship for over a week, when I emailed to ask when it would be shipped I received a cancellation email of the order which said it was cancelled upon my request which I hadn’t.
Yet to see any refund issued and I’ve now asked them twice about when the refund would be issued. Seeing other reviews, it looks to be mostly a scam website which either doesn’t send you your goods or when they do, they’re also samples of fake perfumes. Avoid.
I had to raise a dispute with my bank.
