Scam,,, I took a chance purchasing Creed Aventus through Instagram on a sale discount price!!!! And I can assure you the scent was completely odourless,, steer clear as I was duped

Took 4 weeks to get my order, and it wasn't one of the Dua fragrances that are supposedly hard to keep in stock. They also didn't reply to an email I sent after 10 days or so.

I don't know what it's supposed to smell like (that's why I was getting a sample) so can't say for sure if it seems genuine, but I can say I've never had a scent disappear from my skin so quickly. Within a couple hours it was like I'd never sprayed it. Not a trace left on my skin or clothes, which has never happened in years of sampling fragrances. So I'm very skeptical and won't be using them again.

They just stole my money. Scam Shop.

I made order 25th of August and i still haven't received my order. No replies on multiple emaila.

I got my order and it was just as described. Maybe other buyers have different experience going off their reviews.

My previous review is below but after years of using this Company I think they have gone bust???

I placed an order for two bottles of Dua 6 weeks ago and still nothing. The wait is always max' 4 weeks.

They have had my money for 6 whole weeks!

I have emailed 4 times and no response.

I will give them another week and then claim a charge back from Amex.

Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE.

I have been using Scentit for many years.

I love Dua fragrances. They are as good, if not better as the originals in my opinion. Definitely not cheap and trash dupes like everywhere else.

I love niche fragrances such as Amouage etc but I simply cannot afford their prices, but Dua offer the same product more or less, at a fraction of the cost.

For a pre-order you do have to wait, and sometimes it's a long time, but this is due to Scentit obtaining it from the USA.

I am SO grateful to Scentit as otherwise I would have to use the Dua Website and the cost from the USA is huge. At least we know the fragrances are fresh and not stored for years.

If the item is in stock it comes very quickly.

I ordered some Rose for Him on Friday and it arrived today (Sunday), the fragrance by the way is awesome. I bought this after trying it as a sample they gave me with my last order.

I HIGHLY recommend this Company.

If I've had any questions I have always received an email reply within a few days.

I have ordered a perfume one month ago and sent them several messages and no reply from them!

I think they dont work anymore.No answers,no updates.

I ordered an item over 3 weeks ago and wanted to check up on where it is. I contacted the team via email about a week ago and i still haven’t gotten a reply. I’m very worried that my parcel isn’t going to come now and i have no way of getting my money back :(.

Bottles tipped up half empty, both smelt rank. I do get worried with online perfume, it’s authenticity.

Horrible service. Took 3 days to dispatch order which was in stock and 6 weeks later my pre ordered fragrance still hasn’t been dispatched. If you want items on time go to someone else. If you don’t mind waiting then they’re ok to order from.

Very Pleased with my experience got a great free sample with my order and order arrived within 2 working days. you can’t ask for much more than that!

Okay so this is frustrating. The review i just read which at the time of writiting this says they got their order within 3 weeks which means they ordered much later than I did.
I made a couple of pre-orders, all dua fragrances.

I do realise that for pre-orders I need to wait 10-14 days - I think we can agree I am way past that threshold. It is currently 12th Jan 2024!

Maybe it wouldn't have been so bad if the company realised this and sent me an email to inform me on the status of my order, but no! I have had to chase them up myself twice and both times they say the stock is still in transit and that I should wait! Some of these orders are for more than one fragrance and many of which were supposed to be christmas presents.

This is so frustrating, unprofessional and bang out of order. I will not be giving my custom again which is a shame because I've heard good things about dua fragrances. If there is another site in the UK that sells dua fragrances, I will be trying that out, otherwise Scentitlondon is an absolute joke!!!

So I ordered a day before Christmas and it finally arrived yesterday. I sent an email to ask for update about my order and they did reply pronto, a good customer service. The fragrance I order for was 15/10, I am still blown away. I am sure addicted to this house.

We like the product!! Beautifully presented, well packaged. The scent wasn't quite what we expected, but it is still nice, and having 2 samples with "related" scents was a nice gesture and fun.
Delivery took about 3+ weeks!? Maybe due to Christmas? (Benefit of the doubt) and I do not like their parcel/delivery tracking service, where I would need faff with downloading an app. But that's just me.
All in all, Thanks for putting a smile on my girl's face. :)

I ordered two fragrances that were apparently sent around three weeks ago. However, according to the tracking, the parcel is still in the UK. I asked the lady from Scent it who replies to the reviews here to check with Royal Mail what has happened to the parcel. After all, it can't be that a parcel is still in the country of dispatch 20 days after being dispatched. However, she refuses and only says that parcels have already been successfully sent to Portugal and that I should be patient. I can't recommend anyone to order from Scent It, they don't care about their customers.

Excellent customer service. Polite, prompt, and professional even when I behaved somewhat tacky. Excellent delivery. I bought two dua perfumes - what I received was above my expectations. FYI: the delivery was to Germany. Prepare in this case to pay something extra to custom (in my case it was 10 euros for two perfumes). I would have paid more for what I received. Extremely satisfied. I placed my second order for two more perfumes the same day of the delivery (I reordered one of the perfumes which will not last that long, and a new one).

I ordered a perfume, Not only did it take long to arrive they had the nerve to send me three mini samplers instead. It wasn’t even worth the wait.
