No Support Emails Answered

Ive used scancom EE sims for a few years, decent value , but the support from Scancom is lacking, no phone support, and emails arent answered.

All i want to know is when is the 1000GB EE £15 a month sim reset, the old sims used to be on the 23rd of every month, but on these you cant text 150 to find out.

For these EE 30-day rolling SIMs, the data allowance typically resets on the same date each month based on the original activation/start date of your plan, rather than a fixed universal date like the 23rd for all customers.

Cancelled within cooling-off period – eSIM still issued

I ordered an eSIM on 30/03/2026 but changed my mind the same day and exercised my right to cancel. I emailed Scancom that evening to cancel the order.

Despite this, I received no meaningful response and the eSIM was sent to me afterwards. I have not downloaded, installed, or used the eSIM at any point.

I have since followed up by email and have also sent a written letter requesting cancellation and a refund. At the time of writing, this has not yet been resolved.

Based on my experience, I would advise caution.

CONNED

Bought a 4 month unlimited data SIM. It stopped working completely after only 1 month after buying. We have been contacting the company for months trying to get a refund or replacent and they are simply repeating "try it in a phone, make sure settings are ok" to which we keep saying we have tried and it's not working. They then simply ignore us and stop replying. Then the cycle starts over!

Brilliant prices and service

Brilliant prices and service. I have just bought a 25GB/month Three data SIM from Scancom, and it was brilliant value for money at the equivalent of just over £1/month, and delivered for free the next day. I made a mistake in accidentally putting this number on a port-in request, and I emailed Scancom for help. I'd accidentally breached the terms of the SIM (no port-ins allowed) and they were able to resolve it for me very quickly. I was immensely grateful. Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend -- this level of customer service is all too rare these days, sadly.

Great company to deal with

I bought a 25gb data SIM from them and it was delivered quickly. It was a very reasonable price but like all SIMs it had age restrictions applied. I emailed them with my details and a photo and the restriction was removed within an hour. Great service!

Scancom is Great

Very cost effective. It just works! Simply slide the SIM card into its slot and everything up and running immediately, no typing in codes or giving up you info.

Super Efficient

I placed my order for a 500GB data only sim card with Scancom.co.uk on 2nd March @ 15:23.
Following 5 update notifications from Scancom.co.uk. Confirming my order, update to my order, date & time of delivery, confirmation of collection by the courier, and finally a two hour delivery window.
My 500GB data only sim card dropped through my letterbox. on 3rd March 13:23. Less than 24 hours from placing my order, to the noise of the letterbox accepting my Scancom.co.uk order. To describe the service received as super efficient 5* would be an understatement. And of course. 4 minutes, and 32 seconds after receiving my 500GB data sim card. I was enjoying a 5G signal. With an average speed of 128Mbps based on three separate speed tests.
For £50 I am now the owner of a 500GB data only sim card. Which does not expire until January 2028.
Roughly working out about £2 per month.
Congratulations to Scancom.co.uk on a very professional service. I wager this will be the first of many purchases from Scancom.co.uk in the future.
