ordered 4 pizzas and the bill came to 72, they were an ok size but nothing special, for this price it was not worth the money or wait time (20 mins)

I ordered 2 x 14 inch pizzas for my family on 02/11. I waited 30 mins for the pizzas, only to receive them hard and burnt. Me and my kdis were unable to eat most of the pizza which is unacceptable given how much I paid. I am very disappointed with both the quality and service.

I hope you improve both quality and service so others do not have a similar experience.

Dunningsbridge road L30 service station. I visited here today as I have not been to Sbarro before. The customer service was awful, the lady who was the server was sitting down on her phone on the customer chairs when I arrived which came across very unprofessional. She also was very rude and blunt, giving me my food saying “here” no please or thank you, or any manners. I said goodbye to be ignored.

The only reason for the 2 stars was that the pizza was very nice.

Huyton L’pool. Lady behind the counter not very polite. No greating, no please or thank you. More interested in listening to her AirPods. Won’t be visiting again.

Absolutely adorable wings... I'm impressed

Wings were decent. A bit too spicey, (we didn’t know they were going to be spicey). Service was mid price was astronomical in the airport. Whatever bread they gave us was absolutely horrid, embarrassingly bad. Just stale and tasteless

One in skelmersdale cheap average pizza. Chips to salty and poor service with long wait times for extras like chips.

Don't bother with Bredbury one manager at till fingers in her mouth biting off piece of her nail and then chewing it spit all over her fingers. When I asked if she could not do this both members of staff became aggressive blaming me saying I was looking for trouble. Very unprofessional and both looked like they needed a good shower

Bredbury store, 17:25 on a Saturday night as a walk in to be told quite abruptly we're not serving. No worries, I'll save myself the trip next time and go elsewhere.

Me and the wife had a walk to ‘The Bobbin Mill’ at Buckshaw Village for a bite to eat, we bought a drink and sat at 5 tables which were all sticky , there were dead flies in the window table and an empty bottle of J2o, there was no chicken (on a Sunday) and drinks were dearer than a main meal and rubbish under our original table, the staff were pleasant but obviously unaware of basic standards. We went to book Christmas Dinner (£52.95) and will sadly give it a miss .

Convenient but average, they are open later than most places
