the cost increased a lot for a webhost

the cost increased a lot for a webhost, i asked if there was an alternative way to manage email only from a webhost situation. they forced my subscription to premium email even i told them just leave it is how it is! MANY TIMES.
As they cannot read what the email context is.
Called them by phone as well but customer support is bad and asked me if they call back.

how I managed to get here is some other webhosting services quit or bankrupt and they sold their data to this company. though the previous one did not charge an over priced of 200+ each year.

Bad and Sad stay away.

Cost went up more than 100%, they keep adding new things (like premium email) where customers need to pay for A LOT. stay away for this company!

This "company" drives up the price of services annually by at least more than 100%. Removals are countered.

No concessions after 7 years as a customer

After 7 years as a customer, we unfortunately have to end our cooperation. A price increase of 40%, which is incomprehensible to us and completely out of the blue, and catastrophic customer service in the meantime leave no other option. Even numerous consultations with the CEO and various team members did not lead to any concession on the part of Savvii. Apparently, the company is no longer dependent on existing customers. Very annoying and disappointing, since the product is actually good.
