Do not use this company, they take your money but do not send the goods. I have reported them to trading standards but their website is still trading.
Have they ceased trading or are they thieves?
Ordered an ink cartridge on 7th January, didn't receive it. The money came out of my account but ten days later sent the first of three emails and asked them to call me back, still no contact from them. Paid through paypal so I'm now initiating a dispute.

Order never received. Emails never answered. Luckily I paid using PayPal and managed to get a refund. Just checked and 3 months later and my order is still showing as pending! I think they've ceased trading but haven't closed down the website.

Ordered Microsoft keyboard
Ordered Microsoft keyboard. Never arrived. No communication. Checked their website - said out of stock. Still no communication, despite repeated emals.
Eventually received a refund.

They sent an AVG code which worked initially. I already had AVG installed and was prompted to register the new code. When I tried to register with AVG it would let me but my AVG appeared to still work. After about 5 weeks my AVG stopped working and a message came up saying that the licence had expired.
Tried to contact saverpoint but phone kept just ringing out depsite saying they open at 9:30. Eventually got hold of someone after 10 am who was of no help. I pushed him and he agreed to phone AVG to find out the issue. I then rang him back to be told that he hadn't phoned AVG as he couldn't but he raise an online log with them. I asked how long that would take to resolve, was told about 24 hrs. I haven't heard anything from them for over 10 days despite sending furter e-mails to their customer support e-mail address.
I followed upwith AVG directly who have been able to help me.
I will never buy and would certainly not recommend Saverpoint which to me seemed like some guy working from his front room as a middle man to all the companies on the site with no idea of customer service or customer retention.
Use at your peril.

I ordered a desktop fridge from saver point. 3 weeks ago they said delivery 3-5 days, I sent several emails , waste of time if your thinking of using this company,( don't) poor service, poor customer service, nothing worse than bad service, and saver Point are really good at that . I got an email from saver point asking me to ring there premium rate No , NO CHANCE

Customer service very difficult to get on telephone or by email. Response by person answering their telephone was arrogant rude, and intimidating. Threatining to disconnect if i did not say please. From the accent i dont think it is UK based. The product purchased was of no use activation code disd not work. Very time consuming in trying to get resolved with such a diificult rude company. I would not use again
Awful Customer Service
This company does not know the meaning of customer service. I received an item that was defective. I have to return it at my expense. The man on the phone assured me that everything was checked prior to dispatch. How come it arrived in a sealed manufacturers box. I do not like being lied to.

Unreliable and downright rude - will never use again
I've used Saverpoint for 3 years. The first year, I received my product hassle free. The second year, I only received my product after emailing them to complain. This year, I received no product and their customer services people were downright rude when I tried to chase. Not received a serial code product after 3 weeks, they claimed the code was sent on the day of ordering (which it wasn't) and now say it will take 7 - 14 days to re-send the code. I will never use them again.

I'm grateful for Trustpilot's reviews. I was on the phone for the 2nd time this week to Saverpoint.com and encountered the same stalling stonewalling technique reporter by other reviewers. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering virus protection. They offered a CD for use on two computers so I paid through Paypal on Feb 16th. By March 10 nothing had arrived so I wrote them- no reply so I phoned and was told no CD' s at their warehouse but they could send me a key to dowload the programme. No key came so I phoned today, the 14th march and was told the warehouse hadn't confirmed that the discs had not been sent and they couldn't send the key until they heard back from the warehouse. I tried to insist that they email me to tell me when I could expect the goods but was told (eventually) they could not do this, that I was shouting (I wasn't but felt like it) and they would hang up so I spoke more softly but got no further so we ended the call. At my wit's end I looked up reviews on line and came across this website. I thought I should add my warning. I'll try the recommended remedy.
