Actually i like every order i have ordered the Quality is so hot i love all the things, i get all my order sometimes in a few days and sometimes in a 1 until 2 weeks because of corona i will understand that situation, i love the things i will use the vip member, it's so funny to shopping but i don't know is that on there member ship or by the website but i can't see on my last order one item i have get ordered but i get it thank you so much😘😘
the item of the order was a beautiful pink t-shirt bra and by the photos on the website i can see they have a xaccesoires and by my bra they don't have that i think they forget it to put it inside, but no problem i love it also without them i can get free xaccessoires i have see that on my account i think thats so cute from you to make a free xaccessoires for the vip members i love it to be a savagexfamiliy 🧡❤xoxo 💋

I've been trying with several methods (SEPA, credit card, Revolut) to pay for my order and I still cannot do it. I always get error messages that I should try to pay in a different way. I thought it was the browser, but after trying Safari and Chrome, I think this is a problem of the website. I even registered for the VIP membership. I really don't understand what else could be done so that I can place an order...

The articles sold are of good quality, little higher on the price scale but worth every cent. The bras are super comfy whilst providing optimal support. The items fit perfectly.
The delivery is super fast (package reaches within 2 days).
The package is designed to enable the return in the same cover, reduces the effort of packing or buying packaging boxes or covers.

Everything arrived in perfect co diction and in a timely manner, customer service answered all my questions and sending things back was no problem!

I think the products themselves (if you fit into their core sizing) are great basics to have. However, I find their customer service pretty terrible. In fact, based on my experience with their customer service team, I decided to cancel my VIP membership. I had an order that ended up being sent to the post office and DHL didn't leave behind a card to let me know that I could pick it up. I ended up getting a notification that the package was being sent back to the sender. I reached out to Savage x Fenty through their FB, email, and live chat. The FB chat asked for my order number and after I gave it to them, they never got back to me. The live chat was disappointing on several levels. I think they have to follow a script so it felt like the customer service agent I was assigned wasn't even listening to me or addressing my concerns AT ALL. He just kept repeating the same thing over and over and not answering my questions. It was so disappointing. I still haven't received a reply to my email.

UPDATE: I ended up receiving a response to my email and to be honest, it was also pretty disappointing. I'm 99% sure the agents responding to emails also follow a script since they also were not addressing my concerns or issues. I will probably do one last Savage x Fenty order since they decided to credit me with store credit instead of refunding me directly, but after that never again.

The special offers for VIP members are amazing (25% off at all times, 60% off on my first order), they deliver fast, their products are actually of very good quality, they have good sizing and the membership doesn’t cost you a cent as long as you remember to pause at the beginning of the month.
BUT: I had to return a few things and while they quickly send me a return label, I was unable to open the link but a call fixed that.
Amongst my return there was one item I simply wanted to exchange for a different size and even though I got the new product just days after I send the package away, there was no refund for the rest.
When I emailed them about it a few weeks later they claimed they had send the money to my PayPal account, which is funny because I didn’t even use PayPal to pay for the stuff so there’s no way they could’ve done that.
Ultimately it took 4 emails and a threat to consult a lawyer for them to admit they never send me my money back and promise to do it immediately.
I’ve read horror stories where people had to fight for their money over months so I guess I got off easy but there’re some serious service issues in this company.
Doesn’t matter how good your products are, you can’t scam people like that.

You need bigger cup sizes. None of the bras fit I'm very upset

I purchased some items, but my conversion was wrong and I ordered the wrong sizes. I returned them using a pre-paid label Fenty sent me via Justfab, and had my replacement items in 4 days. I tried to organise the returns on the website but that operation needs some work, it was very unclear what I was to do after the items were marked as being returned. I emailed customer help and had the whole thing sorted in a day. The actual itms are very pretty and comfortable

I made an exchange, shipped it off, and got a confirmation email stating that it was cancelled and that my return will be processed because the item I was exchanging for was out of stock. The company has terrible customer service. That item should have been reserved as it had already been paid for with the item I already purchased and exchanged. This was my first experience with savagex and will be my last. Always out of stock, doesn't even carry many styles for extended sizes, and awful customer service. I didn't want a refund, I wanted the bra that would fit me. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

The entire process of ordering with Savage x Fenty was great -- and the product was awesome to. I had no issues with ordering or package delivery, plus the box my stuff came in was so pretty. The pieces I got fit true to size, were super flattering, and seem very well-made. I would totally order again.
