I hate the new member credit policy…
I hate the new member credit policy your loosing out on the money you've spent for 70$ if i wanted to purchase things from the clearance I could've gotten more items. Due to this new change I will be canceling my membership now because this is a rip off. Member ID: 336008657

New Membership Policies
I don't like the new one and two credit options to use your membership credits on. Before you used to be able to use your membership credits on anything within the website, now it's from a specified section that qualifies under the one credit or two credit options ...that's unfair. As much as I love ya, after this last order I'm going to have to cancel my account as it's no longer in my favor. ✌🏾

new updated terms in regards to credits
The new updated terms in regards to the membership is insane. Basically they are pocketing our own money. Member credits versus what it is paying doesn’t make sense. If a credit is valued at a certain amount how is it fair or right, for example a Demi bra that is $34.97 is one member credit, ($69.95). I got 2 thinking I will get charged one member credit for both items. When I saw my email with the detailed items and cost they took two of my credits. That means $34.98 is being kept by the company for each credit. That’s $69.96 total for my 2 credits they took. They get to keep the $69.96. If nobody is paying attention think how much money they are keeping. I called customer service, explained in detail and all I got was that’s how the credits work now. If I don’t spend on an item that is above $50, they will still charge me a credit($69.95). Told her to close my membership and remove my card on file. Overall very disappointed, the credit system before was way better, if I had an item that was $15 or $20 my cart section would let me know how much I have left from my credit to use before being able to check out. Like I said now they get to keep what’s left over. Not right.

I bought some of the cotton boxer briefs a couple months ago, and absolutely love them, they are the most comfortable underwear I’ve worn in my 18 years of living so I just had to order and try more.
