Placed my order November 9th. My checking account was drafted November 12th. It is now January 15th and I do not have any of my items. I have called the helpline and left messages and emailed half a dozen times. No one will respond or refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!!
I placed an order on November 19th and never received an update other than “processing”. I began following up with an email on December 12th regarding my order. I received an AI generated email stating my order should have processed and shipped in 24-48 hours when my order was placed. My order was being escalated to “higher ups” to see what could be done to expedite my order. I have emailed three or four additional times since then with no response. I finally disputed the charge with my bank today.
This is really disappointing and frustrating. We have done business with Savage Barbell for a few years as their shorts are the only spandex my daughter wears during her volleyball seasons.
Two of the three items haven't been sent... I haven't received any response from a human after contacting customer service. It's an AI that automatically replies, promising to forward messages, but no response follows... Absolutely avoid this, prioritize other brands like Rogue; they have better customer service.
It look really well made. One wash completely stretched out the straps to the point of not be wearable
